Normally I like Taco Bell but this one and maybe others are having issues with workers who don’t show or need help period. This one in particular had no manger present it made my wife & I concerned when a employee’s buddies came in acting all ghetto cursing, using slurs & ordering people around. We hurried up & left but just because the area is that way doesn’t mean you have to be, it’s your place of work for peaks sake.

Typical Taco Bell. Nothing especially noteworthy as being exceptionally good or bad.

I just called the Taco Bell on Rittiman rd and asked if they still served enchiritos and a guy told me yes. Got there 7 minutes later and asked for the enchiritos and a really rude girl told me they no longer served them and when I said I was just told me they did she said, well he lied. Nasty attitude little girl.

This is my fourth time in this drive thru line tonight. The manager (Christopher with dred locks?) is not putting sour cream in the tacos. He’s using about a teaspoon of sour cream and then arguing with customers about it. The first time I came here tonight they left out a taco. When I came back the soft taco supreme had no tomatoes. I came back a third time after discovering that none of the three supreme tacos I ordered had more than a teaspoon of sour cream at one end of the taco. The manager has a nasty attitude and says he made the food himself. WELL YOU MESSED IT UP. They gave me the replacement tacos, only for me to discover that yet again ONE TEASPOON OF SOUR CREAM IN THE CORNER OF THE TACO. Christopher claims the sour cream is portioned in such a way that it is invisible on his tacos but magically still there.

Every time we order from here, they NEVER put the hot sauce packets. I called to let them know and they picked up and hung up. Very unprofessional.

Must be a shortage of cinnamon and sugar at this taco bell. I always like to have cinnamon twist with my meal and for some reason every time I go to this one I get the twists with no cinnamon. Ugh!!! My fault i guess for assume they would have put that on them.

Just can’t get anything correct this is the worst location in San Antonio. Also the female manger is very unprofessional. Pictures coming soon

The friendliest and kindest Taco Bell staff I’ve ever ordered from. The food was great and it shows that the workers here really take their job seriously and do good work. Thank you for the great meal and great attitudes.
