Order was missing multiple items. Employee rushed and interrupted us before we could finish ordering. Our tacos had almost nothing in them and they were soggy. They also wouldn’t let me order a Baja blast drink with a combo and said the freeze was the only option. Umm, what? Location was also completely out of Mild sauce? How are you out of your most common item? This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had. Won’t ever be back here….. $31.55 and we’re still hungry

Went through the drive Thur and ordered a flaming hot burrito combo and instead I got a regular beef burrito and nothing else. I ordered my wife a calupa and the cheesy Fiesta potatoes. The calupa was cold, and unwrapped and stale. The cheesy potatoes weren’t fully cooked and they put the cheese in in cups and no sour cream at all. The only thing that was correct with my order was the drinks. Customer service is about taking care of the customers no matter what time it is or what number they are. This was absolutely a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. In fact I’d say do not stop at this location find a different location.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme. Didn’t see much Supreme in it. Gave a wrong size drink cup, but okay, I can keep refilling it. A customer started arguing with one of the employees at the counter. Wasn’t handled very well by the employee. Overall bad experience.

GOD AWFUL SERVICE! first off everyone in there is unprofessional. Came in around 9 to order food , Took them 10 minutes to come and talk to us , finally got our order and they got it wrong , we ask if they can fix it , and he says “you didn’t press no lettuce” , the receipt said “no lettuce” then he goes on to say because we opened it that they can’t make a new one , the tall scrawny “manager” kept walking in and out tweaking off something , after all that , one of the guys in the back brought a new taco , didn’t get his name , but thank you to him , but get that tall unprofessional dude outta there

Pulled up for a mobile order and the outside lights were off, the workers were standing inside talking. We went to the drive thru and they said their systems are down, we told them we did a mobile order via taco bell app they said okay pull to the front and they’ll be out with our order. No other orders but ours and they forgot multiple items and used ground beef for all of the meat when we had requested and paid for steak and shredded beef. They gave us a free “smoothie” that tasted very chemically.

Had the best burrito supreme I’ve had in Texas for the last 14 years. The app didn’t forward my order to the store and they were super quick to figure it out and make my order and get me out of there quickly. Nicest employees that I’ve experienced from any fast food place in a very long time! I will go out of my way for the quality of food and service at this location offers.

I normally like and appreciate the service at this Taco Bell, but this morning they gave me my order wrong when I asked for something without sauce, and for Cinnabons. They gave me the item with the sauce and DID NOT give me the Cinnabons. I’m disappointed in that because that’s not happened here before and the person at the window was very unkind.

If there was an option of no stars, I would select that. Twice I have gone 15-20 minutes before closing, and both times, they have turned me away saying they were closed and that their systems were down. Why do that when clearly your hours of operation are posted online and don’t reflect what you’re really doing!!!
