I just need to preface by saying I absolutely love Taco Bell. However, I stopped by this location to grab a quick breakfast burrito on my way back to San Antonio. I ordered the potato and egg one with no cheese, and added avocado. I absolutely cannot have dairy. It’s a huge huge problem for me. So I get halfway through eating the burrito, and I see that there is cheese in here! It’s not like the location was even busy when I went. There was nobody else there, no distractions, and they gave me the burrito with the avocado, but they still put cheese in there. So in a couple of hours I am going to feel like my appendix is burst because my insides are gonna hurt so bad. Like what if I had a full on allergy? What if I was hospitalized because they just didn’t care.

As I was ordering at the Kiash self serve my order was not what I thought I ordered, regardless of that, the manager made it up with extra tacos, ATTA BOY, now that’s service.

First they didn’t take the order correctly. Second the food was nasty tasting and cold, even the cinnamon twist were stale and tasteless. Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Pulled into the drive thru. Two employees outside the store glared at me for arriving before going inside. Received the most curt interactions while ordering. Forgot one of the items I paid for.

Used the kiosk to order, really love customizing my food. Order was out quick and accurate. Store and bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful and kind in our limited interaction. Nothing to complain about. We frequent this location about 6 – 8 times a year, this is typical for our experience. Clearly we’ll managed. Would recommend and will be back.
