Great customer service! The person or persons that prepared the food this evening (7/15/23 @ 7:30 pm) definitely deserves 5 stars! They did an excellent job!

First off, the manager told me to place my order at the kiosk, because she was to busy and it would be a while before she could take my order. After a 20 minute wait, I received most of our order. The tortilla to meat ratio was 90% tortilla 10% protein. Thankfully you got a hefty portion of lettuce and tomato… The staff was completely lost on what to make and the lack of communication in the kitchen was underwhelming. My family and I don’t recommend eating here. Jack in the box serves tacos across the street…

They have rats there was rat droppings in the food bag I was visiting orange tx and saw a toco bell on 16th street I will never go back there. I was going to bring the food back, but was scared they might spit in the food. The lady was rude when I asked to speak to a manager then said the manager was not in and proceeded to say she was the manager, so no the food went to the trash, and I ate somewhere else, much cleaner, and more professional.

Good service, this location was fast. We ordered 3 cinnamon twists, and discovered after we left there were only 2 in the bag. We have 3 children, so this was a disappointment. I wish they would check their orders more closely.

I was really impressed with the crew at this particular TB. When I went to ask for the manager, she told me that she is the manager. I complimented her on how the tacos looked almost picture perfect. The crew welcomed each customer, as they came in, with a warm tone. They worked at keeping the dining area clean and straight around the present customers. I liked how the manager was taking her time at training a new person on the register. It was a rewarding visit, and the tacos were good, also. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Ordered 2 steak soft tacos and my husband had 2 lil strips of meat in his food, didn’t get a bite of meat til the last bite. Ridiculous! And it took about 20 minutes to wait for the food. Had I checked the food before we got to the hotel I would have brought it back. We won’t be back!
