I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years and absolutely loved it up until recently. My past 6 orders have been wrong. Missing something I payed for, getting the wrong order, and just today getting plain awful food. Beef crunch wraps had no crunch, no meat. The Crunch wrap was practically just a disc of tortilla as there was about 1/2 of the filling it would usually come with. I feel like it must be a new manager or many new employees with bad training. I live 2 minutes from this Taco Bell but I will be driving the extra 20 minutes back and forth to Lake Jackson until this one gets better.

Picked up some tacos on my way back home to Houston and have to say this is probably the best Taco Bell I ever visited. My order was made perfectly with enough ingredients and packed neatly:) the employees were also so nice, I appreciate it 🙂

If I could rate this store properly it would be zero stars. This was my first time at this location and it will be the last. While placing an order the lady said she could not hear me so I raised my voice louder so she could hear. I repeated my order 3 times and she told me I didn’t have to yell at her. I politely told her I’m sorry but you said you couldn’t hear me. When at window to pay my husband asked her ma’am how much was it again. She replied “I already told you how much it was.” Then she told her co worker I just need to go home and close my door so I don’t have to deal with these rude people. I immediately told her that is no way to talk in front of a customer and that’s bad customer service. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on duty. We canceled our order and went to whataburger instead.

We went through the drive thru April 23, 2023 around 1:15 pm. Young guy working the speak was friendly and so was the lady at the window! Food was correct, hot, fresh and they were fast. They didn’t short us on hot sauce when I asked for a bunch either, most locations still act stingy with it. I wish this was my hometown Taco Bell. Well done!

Best chalupas I’ve had in over a decade. Taco bell started serving the bread hard and with less meat filling, but this taco bell delivered an expierence I haven’t had since the early years of the chalupas being on the menu. I completely didn’t expect it, so it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was also incredibly friendly and I’ve been here twice so far, each time was a good experience.

I just got back from Taco bell, I ordered 2 cravings boxes, one of the craving box had only chalupas in it instead of a chalupa, taco, 5 layer burrito, and cinnamon twists, 2 of the chalupas didn’t have meat, was literally only lettuce tomato and cheese, we didn’t receive our 5 layer burritos and our drinks didn’t have ice. The lady in the window said “oh my God” when we wanted to swap something, I know the franchise owner so will be giving a call in the morning. Taco Bell usually does great but tonight I wasnt very satisfied. Do better taco bell

Order was incorrect and had to wait in line while the customer in front of me got his order corrected also. Typical Bell, you know how it will be from the start when you stop by one. Will still visit again and will expect the same.
