Unhappy with the service. My wife and I went in. Two people at the registers. I was told to use the kiosk. Again, two people at the register’s doing nothing. It is their job to take our food order. It was also very cold and the music volume was loud. So much for an enjoyable atmosphere.

Came in to satisfy my crave; get the usual and try the new dipping taco. Lady walked us to the kiosk instead of taking our order. Like this store and am a regular customer. Not sure why my order could not have been taken at the counter. Perhaps this is a new cost-cutting, labor-saving move but I am one for personalized customer service. Doesn’t $ave $$ when customers are turned off by using an impersonal kiosk. Because you lose customers. Just sayin’. I won’t be back.

Forgot spork for nachos & napkins, otherwise, it’s okay & was glad that they weren’t as busy as the rest of the restaurants during peak bc I was getting food for my kid, as he didn’t get to eat bc his vehicle broke down at work.

The food at the Angleton, Tx Taco Bell is consistently bad enough that we will no longer patronize their establishment. Food served cold, burnt or overcooked food, incomplete and/or wrong orders, poor service from employees with surly attitudes, the list goes on. No quiero Angleton Taco Bell!
