I love Taco Bell, however, this location has let me down a couple of times. Last year, while dining with my friend, we saw a large dead cockroach on the floor next to our table. Yesterday, I ordered a breakfast wrap, but inside it was missing a crucial ingredient: the hash browns. This isn’t the worst TB, but it could be better.

This is the worst taco bell location. I ordered a few burritos on sunday Aug. 27 at 9:20pm. Both of my burritos were cold, the shredded cheese inside my beefy melt burrito wasnt even melted, thats how cold the burritos were, usually it doesnt take much heat for cheese to melt. Completely unacceptable. Management is at fault for hiring cooks that arent willing to do their job correctly. How do you serve cold fast food?they only had 2 cars in drive thru…

This location is a let down for a couple of reasons one being the slush machine is consistently broken. Also, this location has an annoying habit of forcing people to use the self order kiosks. It’s great that the option is there, but I observed several people wanting to order at the counter and ask questions about the food but the employees just directed them to the kiosks. Another thing is that repairs take a long time, as noted in the bathroom faucet which has been broken for a long time. The food itself is average and the interior is quiet and usually not busy.

I enjoyed a Chicken Power Bowl. This was a new item for me. I’m having to eat out more so I’m working on making healthy choices when I can. It was tasty. The ingredients tasted fresh. The portion size was good and filling. The calorie count was 470. The price after tax was $6.48.

I ordered the party pack hard shell tacos, and when I got home the food was all cold. I wanted to go back and return the food. I called instead to let someone know but 3 times they hung up on me. I will never go back.

Prices have become ridiculous. Over $5 for a Mexican pizza. Burritos sloppyly made. Food just put in clunks. We had to reroll it ourselves. All in all not worth the trip.
