I can say out of all the Taco Bell’s I have been to these people have been the most disrespectful. We told the dude he needs to work on being professional. We walked in and went to the stand, where it was not busy at all. He told us to go to the stand and place our order because they do not do cards. Then they proceed to sit in the back and just laugh at us and not do their job. Not to mention got our order wrong. It was not busy what so ever and they just talked on the mics about us and laughed. Need to shut down this store before they ruin the whole brand. Also after we placed our order and asked for our drink cups they said we couldn’t have them until our food was out.

One of the worst taco-bell food I ever had, very low quality food, bad customer service , 2nd time trying this taco bell location, 1st time was really bad too but I did’nt wanna leave a review cause I thought they just opened and thought give them another try, but it’s getting worse, I won’t not recommend this location, I mean don’t take my word for it , try it out if you want, just don’t expect any good food from this location.won’t try them anymore. They open so many diff food franchise here in the Harper’s ,this taco bell is the worst!!!!!!

As a Hispanic man, I’m very disappointed with the racist attitude and actions of the employees at this location. I witnessed the workers point to a white man sitting in the dining area and ask each other; “How long has that old white man been waiting?” Then answer and laugh at him. They were not busy working, yet each order inside took over 30 minutes. The manager obviously doesn’t care about doing his job with excellence. My family will NEVER come here again.

My husband just came back with two completely flat, hardly filled chicken quesadillas. Like there’s 3 inches of just tortilla. Horrible! Do better!!!! NOT CUT EITHER. $8 for a scoop of meat and cheese.

Just want to give an update to this review! Jesus the manager at this location is awesome! I had an issue with my last order and he got me squared away with a fresh new order. I absolutely will continue to use this location in the future! This location has never disappointed me! Food is always hot and fresh and employees are nice.

Be careful when mobile ordering here, on 5/26 I ordered meals for myself and my kids and it acted like it did not go through so I ordered again. When I got to the speaker theu said I have 2 orders showing I said no I only need 1 , I was charged for both but the employee said no worries we will accept just one you can cancel the other(mind you they had no idea how to tell me to do that) so I headed home thinking easy fix. I was wrong when I found out items were missing I headed dback to the location to get missing items and a replacement 5 layer burrito that was thrown in the bag unwrapped. While there I looked up how to cancel said order but when I went to it had been accepted so I was out 35$. I sent a request in online and has since been ignored I have recently submitted another as well as a complaint that got a whole 5$ reward added to my account while I was out 35$. So moral of the story IF it acts like your order cancelled gonlook at your order screen do not hit order again!

People were rude and disrespectful. When we arrived the employees laughed at us and made us feel unwelcome. When we waited at the front desk for them to take our order they finally arrived minutes after and told us to use the machines because they were unable to take our order unless cash. When looking at the machines we then noticed there was a card option they just refused to help us in person. This all happened on a non busy shift might I add, very disappointing.
