Cashier Ricardo M at 10:29 provided the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at this place of business. She attempted to overcharge me for my order & when I corrected her she began to be hostile. She handed me 4 drinks with no cup holder (wasn’t offered so I had to ask). Once she handed me my food I realized there was no sauce in the bag. Before I could ask for it she proceeded to close the drive through window and walk away. She didn’t return to the window until 8-10 minutes later and just stared at me through the glass. When I motioned for help she finally opened the window and just stood there. I then asked if I could get a sauce and was met with laughter from her and a second crew member. When I checked my food it appeared to have an unfamiliar smell that I didn’t recognize so I could not even attempt to eat my food. I feel as if my meal had been compromised. I would not recommend having her as a representative/employee for this company. She clearly doesn’t have the capacity to deliver the bare minimum of customer service. If zero stars was an option, she would have one.

I’m looking at the guy make My food and I don’t like he was on the line making it by himself and just got a couple of bean burritos the guy barely put beans on it.. like my god is it killing you.. is the beans coming out of your pocket.. or the Tacos put some meat on it man. They put almost no meat in this food, you’re paying for shells and lettuce. The chips tasted horrible like they were fried in old rancid oil, gross. Disappointed with the quality of all the food I will never come back to this location

I ordered online and it was a smooth process. Very easy to customize your items however you want. Two of my items weren’t how I ordered so that was annoying. The inside was very nice since it’s new. They seemed to be short staffed.

Made it through drive thru fairly fast considering it being Christmas Eve. Got to the window and sat there for almost ten minutes after only ordering three things. When the guy at the window finally asked us after taking our money and sitting there for five minutes what our order was. Got a bean and rice burrito, not even two bites in and I feel something in my mouth. Plastic. There was a huge chunk of plastic in my burrito. I’m taking this as my sign that I’m not meant to eat fast food.
