taco bell is always a toss up, but i’m highly disappointed with my recent experience. food tasted so bad i didn’t even finish it. they gave me the wrong item but charged me for the one i ordered anyways. i spent $12 for this trash, do better.

Stopped by the drive thru to pick up a quick dinner. Mexican pizza was a hot mess, the taco supreme was almost just a shell, the bean burrito was ok. I was fairly disappointed in this meal as I was really hungry and I was looking forward to the Mexican pizza.

The staff here is always really personable and friendly if they are there. This is the only late night spot to get food out in China Spring area and I can’t count how many times I have drove up there sometimes after placing an order on the app, sometimes not and they are closed. Their hours show on the building and online that they are open until 1 am or later. I have not found this to be the case. Typically I am trying to get food between 12:00 and 12:30 am and have not had much success. Either update the hours of operation or make sure you have enough employees to cover the shifts. I get emergencies happen but this is a reoccuring issue. Even when there is someone there late at night, they are frequently the only person working and it takes forever to get your order since the same person is working the drive through window and preparing orders and hopefully cleaning.

The food is good if you can ever catch them open. 930am no dining, no drive through. 1 employee in the parking lot and they were outside changing trash bags. Didn’t say a word to us as we walked past him to go into a dining room that was locked. Cars in the drive through were angrily speeding out of the parking lot because this place is never open during business hours.

The people that work there I am not sure how they got the job. We went and were told to come back because they were too busy to serve us and it would be 10 minutes or longer. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and no one in the store. About a month ago I got 4 chicken soft tacos and got home and why what it like they were soaked in water? You couldn’t pull the tortilla off the wrapper. They were trash and I called up there and she said they probably didn’t drain the water off the lettuce. She wrote my name down and I have never worried about it bc those kids up there are ruthless. It’s like they are too busy and tired to help. They never have coffee made for the coffee drinks and if u ask why they will tell u they didn’t want to. It is a lost cause.

For one they need to fix that they close at 12 and not 1. Had everyone waiting in line for over an hour just to get up there and say they are closed, and two the food and speed of service is just down right horrible towards the end of the day.

This place is going downhill fast!! Here has been my experience over the last few months. Just about every time I order food; you can just about bet that there is something missing or wrong (on top of that the food quality is going down too). This last time is the last straw, on top of not putting a extra taco that I ordered, the (so call assistant manager I guess). Explained it’s not there fault even though I asked at the speaker and at the window is there 10 items in the order. Should have known, but get home and all items where not there. The I Assistant Manager also said I should check my order before driving off PLUS after going back and getting the taco that was left off. The Assistant Manager as I was walking out the door said “I don’t like someone raising their voice at me”. So I thinking you have some nerve telling me not to raise my voice. I was not going to post anything but after her very bad manager skills was shown, I’m posting my experience. This place will never get my business again, needs to have a better assistant not a snotty nosed kid over seeing service. I was done and walking out but it was like, she was trying to pick a fight by saying anything as I was going. This girl had a chip on her shoulder and can’t except she did not do it right. Nothing was offered to off set my time of going back to get what they left off but that’s ok…this time I would not use it anyway because they will not be seeing me again.
