This location is never open during the hours listed online. They consistently open late and close early without any warning or reason. And are only accepting orders after a certain time if they are for doordash. Can someone please explain this? Or update the online hours to reflect the actual operations?

I’ve had occasion to eat here several times in the last few weeks and the service and quality have been excellent each time. I’ve even gone inside a couple times and the dining room is practically immaculate. Very tidy and pleasant with old Motown on the PA. I told the staff how much I liked the way things were run and they were very receptive to a good review. Give them a chance and remember: good manners get you good service because people respond to respect.

Terrible service. Slow moving staff. Ordered a simple box meal. Took 15 minutes to get to window with only 3 cars ahead of me. Person at the window read back my order correctly. Gave me the box and it was missing an item. Had to go back around. Took 40 min to get my missing Chips and cheese. Food was now cold. Asked if I could order another taco since food was now cold. Told me I have to drive around and order again. Absolutely no customer service. Team members act like they doing you a favor when for the same price and amount of time you can go to a sit down restaurant and order and eat. So much for fast. Never again.

Avoid this taco bell unless you want your entire order to be incorrect. I’ve tried eating here multiple times and they always mess up more than 50% of my order. The worst part is they never mess up in a way that favors me, they always mess up in a way that downgrades whatever I ask for. For example, if you order a Darito taco, you’ll probably get a normal taco while paying extra for the Darito taco.

Slow, understaffed and constant issues. Please find a new staff or pay your employees more.This area is high traffic by a university. Nowhere close to fast food, fix your soda machines also.

Hard to rate this location. I should have checked hours before visiting! Got there at 8:45 only to be told they don’t open until 9:00. Sign on the window says breakfast (just not before 9 am I guess). Glad Wendy’s was open and serving breakfast next-door.

Only good Taco Bell in Waco. They always get my order right, they’re always super nice, my food is always hot, and it’s always fast. I don’t know what’s going on with the other stores in Waco (specifically the north Valley Mills location) but this one has their life together.
