Aw man, I’ve never had a wrong order from here until last night. I was so disappointed when I bit into what we’re supposed to be two chicken ranch burritos and I instead got a rice and bean burrito and a burrito with chicken rice and Frito chips and then I also received a potato taco and some other steak burrito that I didn’t bite into but neither of those were even on my order. Usually love coming to this location because they are so nice and always seem to get it right. This time was way off the mark and they were all new people I’d never seen before. Hopefully it was just an off night for them.

I came here today after having symptoms of heat stroke. I asked if I could sit inside to get some relief. The lady behind the counter without hesitation said yes. I waited a while then called my mom to take me to the hospital. I’m leaving the hospital I write this. I just want to send abundant gratitude to the lady behind the counter at this taco bell. I don’t know her name, but I think her shift ended around 1:30, I’m not sure. I have no clue what condition I would be in if she had turned me away. I know these are mostly about the food, but this kindness needs to be rewarded. Forever grateful

Was in line at drive thru with 2 other people Bout 15 minutes before opening. The “manager” came out very rudely and told us you need to move, we not open yet! We come to this location a few times a week for breakfast and have never been told we cannot wait in the drive thru. I asked for his name to which his female companion (not an employee) got out of a truck started yelling he don’t have to give his name! They were both exceptionally rude and was smoking weed right in the parking lot! I guess we interrupted his before work smoke break. All 3 of us left! Will not be returning to this location!

I’ve usually never had any issues here. But I guess this is what an order of nacho fries looks like now. You get half fries, half cheese, and no, there were none in the bag. I got more taco sauce than fries. I was told there would be a wait on fries. I’d rather wait than have them skimp on everyone to make time. I’m a patient person. I just wanted nacho fries.

I eat here frequently. Service is very quick and food is on par with other Taco Bells. I always get good service and they have not messed up my order. If you want a quick Tex-Mex meal, this is a good spot. If you want authentic Mexican food, there are plenty of good ones along Rancier.

Went through the drive through around 9:15, no cars ahead of me. Ordered a crunch wrap meal, and an addition side of rice. Got the food in a reasonable amount of time, all the food was hot and the soda was carbonated.

I know taco bell is a gamble. It can be great on that rare occasion or be taco hell. The value meal was no Bueno.. My chalupa was a flopa, dry weird texture.. My stomach rumbled after the first few bites. I knew I was done before I finished eating. My taco shell was so crunchy it crunched in the wrapper.
