Dining room is super filthy, and I’m not talking about during peak hours..don’t give drink cups without customers having to tell the employee at least twice, they don’t call the names out if u order on the kiosk, so good luck knowing whos bag you might be walking out with. So, dont call the names from the kiosk, and not a single one employee is at the counter to take the orders..its obvious the staff doesn’t care about their job, or about making this location anything but a definite ‘not recommended’

Came to have lunch and I ordered the 5$ craving trio and this is the scoop of meat in my dorito crunch taco. I asked the lady who charged me if it was called a lettuce taco and she said “it’s a proportion size for the price.” Wow… Taco Bell is ripping people off!!

I was craving the beloved Mexican Pizza last night but was very disappointed. I went after 10pm so I don’t think I’ll be doing that again. It was the worst mexican pizza I’ve ever had. It was the shell. It must have been dirty grease that wasn’t hot enough. I mean it was nasty. I’m the kind of guy that can eat almost anything but I had to toss it. Fortunately I had taco supremes with my #9 meal and enough Pepsi to wash it down. I won’t give up on Taco Bell because of this one mistake but I will think twice if it’s later in the evening.

West Adams Taco Bell- It took 30 minutes to get my food, having been parked infront of the store. It was not busy, so, i dont know why it took so long because it was not a huge order. And, yet again, they made my food COMPLETELY wrong! And they must have been afraid to use any ingredients, besides a tortilla, because that’s what we primarily got!! I was handed my drinks at the window, so they sat for 30 minutes and developed a nice clear layer of watered down, melted ice on top. The fries were ice cold, so why, JUST WHY can’t anyone get an order correct!? I’m really just about to give up on Taco Bell. But, this store isn’t half as bad as the HK Dodgen Loop location. I actually sent 6 emails, called the customer service line 3 times, AND filled out the complaint form on the app 4 times. AND HERE IT IS A MONTH LATER AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME! THIS WAS ABOUT 5 MISSING FOOD ITEMS FROM THE Dodgen Loop location. Taco Bell obviously doesn’t care about customers paying for food and never receiving it! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

We ordered a few items…the food was sad. My husband said they were dancing around and talking. Maybe the manager on duty should manage. I’m sure this will do no good but it’s a shame that this is the quality of food and service. Our taco supreme was only cheese..fries were old and Mexican pizza was to have sour cream but all on one side…so sad!

This is the second trip to this taco bell in the last week. Both times the food was subpar. We asked for Xtra red sauce and onions on the tacos and enchirtos. There fore we received none. Out of the six items purchased the second time, the most disappointing were the enchiritos. They had no red sauce at all and very little beef in them.

Went here for the first time today and it will be the last. It’s like they put zero effort in putting the order together. They put my Yellowbird Nacho Fries sideways in the bag and everything ran down to one side and the container didn’t hold so it came out. The cheese on my Grilled Cheese Burrito wasn’t even melted onto the tortilla. It’s like they just sprinkled cheese on it.

I’m not sure why, but taco bell (in Texas) always gets my order wrong. I don’t even special order anymore because that seemed to be too difficult. Now they just leave items out of the bag. I got home to find a missing item, called and was told they just found it still on the grill and burning.
