I will not even star at all 11:32 am on Monday night in Decatur , guy does not give me time to order he just repeats himself saying they are closed I told him sign says 12 am again he just repeats “we’re closed “ I pull up to window and no one is in sight yet there 4 vehicles parked outside.. To me they just dont want to work , if they are not going to take orders turn lights off and close down. False advertisement.

Taco Bell is a family favorite around here. This one in particular is a pretty clean and efficient store. We’ve been eating here for many years and will for many more.

Do not online order here if at all possible. I put in an order today at 11:15 to pick up at 12:00. When I came in to the store, the guy behind the register told me he was going to check on my order. He walked to the back and within two minuets, he assured me they were making my order. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the greeter asked me about my order, I told him I placed it online, and the guy at the register assured me it was being made. The greeter walked to the back and said something to the crew. My order was not being made. 25 minuets later for fast food when you pre-order it is absolutely ridiculous. This was definitely not the first bad experience at this location. In all honesty, I waited several hours before I posted this.

Where I’m from in Colorado, the Taco Bells are no where near as clean and kind as this one is! The older gentleman cleaning the lobby was so sweet to every customer that walked in, and even organized the sauces nicely. The food was hot and correct. I wish I could always come here!

Worked there one day. The kitchen was gross and there was dead crickets everywhere. Dirty mops and brooms in the kitchen around food. The manager seems to not like white people and had a terrible approach to training. And he is rude. Said he had been doing this for 16 years. Maybe time for him to change his path since he seems unhappy. But I will never eat there again because of how disgusting it was.

My fiance and I stopped here after a very long 12 hour day of driving in a big truck. We were really hungry but our truck wouldn’t make the clearance to go through the drive thru. It was about 11pm and we tried to go inside but the dining room was closed. We told the staff we were in a big truck, and also really needed to use the restroom and they let us in to use it and also made sure to take our order anyway. The restaurant was the cleanest taco bell I’ve ever seen and the entire staff was so friendly. Great customer service which is not something you see every day!

I always get a takeout at this location and the order is always hot, accurate and perfect. I never have to repeat my self while ordering through the drive through. No matter who serves the food, they are very respectful and polite. I’ll definitely continue to visit this location.

My husband and I stopped by and got food to go, and were pleasantly surprised by our brief time there. The bathrooms were very clean, as was the interior of the building, and the second we walked into the door we were greeted by a kind older gentleman who worked there. He tried to make us feel as welcome as possible while we were there and was very polite and held the door open for my husband and I as we left since our hands were full. The food tasted like the quality of the ingredients used was a bit better than most Taco Bells that we have eaten at.

This taco bell is horrible!!!! The gener!l manager put one of his employees in a chokehold after he called the employee and told him to come in and talk to him after another employee beat up this employee the day before in front of customers and all and they beat this young man up twice in one week and then put him in jail!!!!! I would stay away from this place they are not good people and they are known for beating up there employees all the time!!! Beware before you even think about working for this place
