Ordered 30 bucks worth of food. Got home and there was zero meat on my crunchwrap, the sprite was carbonated water, the fries were cold, and the chili cheese burritos were literally cheese. Called to see if we could get a credit cause I’m not going back at 1230am and it seems they just keep the phone off the hook cause I’ve had a busy signal for the last 45 minutes. Do better!

First time dinning at this place. Stood at counter 30 minutes without being acknowledged kept trying to get someone’s attention being ignored. When someone finally came over before I could give my order I was told I had to use the tablet in the lobby. While waiting on my food another customer came in and ordered at the counter right away.

They’re slow beyond reason. When you walk in you’ll see a bunch of employees conversing among one another without acknowledging guests that walk in. I waited 5 whole mins before walking out . The self service kiosk was frozen so I wasn’t able to put in an order either way. Subbed for Jack n the box instead, at least they’re attentive

I’ve gone several times to this location and EVERY single time my order has been wrong, or something is missing. I wish I were exaggerating, but they have NEVER gotten my order correct. I would understand if the order is big, but it’s literally less than $10 worth of food they mess up. I’ve had to drive back for them to correct it, and the order STILL gets messed up. And they lock their doors early so you have to sit in a long drive thru. It’s not worth. If you live near by I strongly recommend just driving to the next closest one.

Order a bean burrito with sheets no onion and got a 7 layer burrito. Which is more money but when I got home my son took a bite of the burrito and said it was nasty is not what he ordered. Went back and manager acted like I was lying. Shoot they were still warm. He looked through each one! I just said I would like 6 bean and cheese no onion burrito. I’ll pay for them if I had to cuz he was acting all funny. He charged me for 2 which the bean and cheese and 1.79 and the 7 layer is 3.79. I still paid more on their mistake. But I was willing to pay for it all by the way the manager was acting. Check your food people before you leave the drive thru!!

Our family of 6 enjoys a great of eating out here on Sundays! Last Sunday the fryer was out so our chalupas were gorditas. They told us to come back and get free ones. So today Jaime greeted us and heard our story. He wasn’t here last week but honored it and more! We got replacement chalupas and some extra tacos! Very polite and kind!! Seems the staff has been updated since we moved to Texas a year ago! Much faster and cleaner

Quesadilla uncut, food came out cold even though I was at the store, took over 30 minutes which is maybe to be expected on a Friday night. Got my coffee with my meal so the ice was melted and watered down after sitting for so long. Poor experience, won’t be returning

Usually I have good luck. Tonight they messed up. Missing a cuesadilla. Taco was smashed to heck. Got a wrong burrito. And ordered 5 hot sauce but got 4 mild and 6 fire. First time I did a mobile order. Got screwed.

WAITED 3 CARS DEEP IN THE DRIVE THRU ONLY TO GET TOLD TO COME INSIDE FOR MY ORDER…AFTER COMING INSIDE I WATCHED THEM FILL 5 CARS AFTER MY ORDER QUICKLY AND ENDED UP HAVING NO ONE IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES AND THE ORDER WAS STILL NOT READY…AFTER WAITING OVER 25 MINUTES I JUST DECIDED TO LEAVE…DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE…FOOD IS TRASH AT BEST
