I didn’t done in but did an online order with store pickup. The staff was busy but still remained friendly and focused on the customers. The teamwork was great. I am a service industry worker and trained many of people at great fine dining and this store was great when it came to communication, time efficiency and teamwork. On top of the business the store was still clean. I will return in the future. Great job taco bell sublet road team!!!

This is the taco bell I frequent because it’s right by my house. I went with my boyfriend and they asked us to pull up front and they’d bring our order out to us, when they brought it out we were missing a burrito, and as I was about to step out and go inside the manager who was going home noticed and asked me what was missing and went inside to get me my food, brought it out and apologized. Very good customer service!

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I’ve given it several chances as it is the closest Taco Bell to my house yet they have never gotten my order correct. They put hardly any meat in anything. I am allergic to the spicy ranch so I always ask for my food without the ranch yet every single time, without fail, they still put it on my food. Don’t even give them a chance because I can guarantee they will fail you.

This is the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. The drive through sucks, the quesadillas are always stuck to the wrapper. Today the quesadilla barely had any chicken on it, all cheese… besides this hard as a rock thing(see picture) that i nearly broke a tooth on… absolute worst experience ever. Will not be returning to this location, ever.

Refused our mobile orders because it was “too much”. I ordered 4 items which they said was max I could do anyway. Liars. My sister did one for 2 items and we went inside because we felt it might be a bother. Still told us not to do it and refused to give out full order and we ended up getting two items of each only. Service has been terrible never again!!! 30min wait for 2 bean burritos and 2 drinks!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 5 different deluxe combo boxes online for pick up. They ran out of boxes for the deluxe combo meals, and just threw all the orders together in one bag. We couldn’t distinguish each meal apart. Should’ve placed each order in separate bags. It was a mess! Truly, there’s no quality in their service nor product. Very disappointed.

The guy at drive-thru was chill and awesome. The manager on the other hand was a coward. I received half my order and basically got told to deal with it because it was an online order and they can’t do anything about it because they were out of stock. While I understand that they might not be able to do anything about the order, explain that to me. Don’t force your employees to do the talking for you.

Every time I have gone here there has been a problem. One time I waited 45 minutes for food as I watched several cars behind me in the drive through get their food. Multiple times I have received the wrong food. I have been here 8 times and it is a problem every time. I keep going back because it’s close and the employees have been nice, so I want to try again. I regret it every time.

This place is RIDICULOUS. There’s not really much to say, looking at the images I’ve attached will tell you everything you need to know. They give you nothing except taco shells and tortillas so don’t expect much. I also asked for hot sauce on my online order (for a lot of people eating so 25+) and they threw in about 6 packets. Never go here if you want good quality Taco Bell.

I would rate them zero stars because they were unwilling to take my order because they said they were too busy. However, there was only one other car in front of me in the drive-thru so the incompetence is astounding. I hope they go out of business and put some sort of Taco Bueno up there
