Visit in this location after it has re-opened. The customer service I received was bare minimum to none. The workers didn’t look like they enjoyed what they were doing, and the way they prepare the food shoulder as well. I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s around Arlington and I can tell you that this one is the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Some kid took an order of someone who pulled up after me (2 drive thrus). I expressed my concern, waiting as the only customer for 5 minutes, the kid couldn’t care less. They’re usually slow, disorganized, and careless. I’ve been here 4 times since reopen. The drive to any other taco bell is worth it.

CARELESS ARROGANT STAFF. WORST LOCATION. Always mess up order. Went to drive thru on 06/06/2023, 10 am, no one at speaker for 5 mins, drove to window no one there either. Walked in and there were atleast about 10 staff members chit chatting. When reported about drive thru situation, a black lady supposedly the manager dint care and asked “so what’s your order” no apology no regret.

Waste of time! Downloaded and used the app for the first time, to order ahead(COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME), chose the grab & go so it would be ready, went to get it & they couldn’t find the order. (FIRST AND ONLY EXPERIENCE WITH THE APP AND WE HAVE ALREADY DELETED IT BECASUE OF ALL THE HASSLE)They asked my name, I told them, & they said “are you sure?” Like I don’t know my own name. Multiple times they said, “are you sure that’s your name?” & “aren’t you doordash?” “this order is ready…” IT WASNT MINE, THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO TAKE SOMEONE ELSE’S ORDER… Then I had to go out & get my phone to give them the order, only for the person in back to say they had it. Tried to get the drinks, we ordered 2 large total, one was a large frozen drink the other a large regular drink, they tried to give us A medium instead, we said no, we paid for 2 large, not 1 medium…had to correct the more than 4 times just for the drinks, & they still were not right, & the frozen drink we paid for (THOUGH STILL NOT THE RIGHT SIZE)was melted before the issue “was fixed” and they would not remake it. Can’t speak English very well, so got mad at us because they screwed up. They lost the order, couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. When they actually “found it” they didn’t even finish the order, they are supposed to package it to be ready for pick up & couldn’t be bothered because we made them mad, i guess, when they had to actually work to fix the order. after all of this, the order was still not right but seeing as how they have no customer service experience, it was more of a hassle trying to get the original order. We had to pay extra for things that we didn’t get either. Don’t add any extras or pay for anything extra because they don’t care about actually giving it to you because they already got the money… tried to order guacamole, which is extra, and all the bowl had was diced tomato and onion, not a drop of avocado in sight… Money down the drain, waste of time, Steal money instead of actually doing the order correctly… WORST EVER! HORRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Ordered a Mexican pizza with NO beans. Got Mexican pith WITH beans. And it was cold. This is why I haven’t eaten there in years. It will be years again before I go back. Plus they didn’t give me a receipt. Worse 5.83 spent!!

I ordered a chicken grilled burrito instead of steak. Got back to work and they gave me steak. The taco hardly had any beef in it. Skip this place and get a burger.

Waited 20 min in the drive thru another car pulls up and they start taking their order.(has2druvethrusnow) We’re still waiting ANOTHER car pulls up and they start taking THEIR order. This is our 1st time coming to this taco bell since it burned down.
