It’s Taco Bell so of course you can’t have high standards with them. But this worker was incredibly rude! She wouldn’t stop talking over me as I was trying to place my order (in the drive thru), kept cutting me off, and was talking to someone else in the background while I was trying to place my order. When I asked for a lot of mild sauce with my order she said “I’ll give you enough for your food”…12 small packets of sauce don’t go too far when I’ve ordered 9 items. The foods great but the drive thru workers clearly hate their jobs and customer service.

Almost every time i order here, its wrong, whether it be a simple DLT, steak grilled cheese burrito, or a beefy melt. And i always order the same thing: 2 beefy melts with extra sour cream. Any time i order extra sour cream here there is absolutely none. Also i got a deluxe cravings box today and got a beefy 5 layer with no sour cream instead of the beefy melt with extra sour cream that i ordered. Whoever is working their line late night is either illiterate or incompetent.

I went and got dinner tonight and I know it was around closing time and I understand they were out of stuff because it was late but for the older man to cut in while I was ordering and RUDELY tell me they didn’t have enough of what I wanted then after I paid I was waiting at the window for my food and that same man pulled open the window really hard then basically threw my food at me and slammed the drive thru window and locked it. They didn’t give me a receipt either. I have had other bad experiences at this Taco Bell but I thought I would give them another chance because I know people have a bad day but I will never be back to this location again. It seems as tho the taste of the food has went down hill over the years. Used to by my most favorite fast food place but not so much anymore. And I asked them to go easy on the Chipotle sauce but let me tell ya no they did not. My mouth was on fire for quite a bit.

This place has messed up my order EVERY TIME I go. I have no clue why this happens, but every time I have gone to this location something about my order has been wrong. One time I ordered a beefy melt with extra sour cream and spicy ranch, and proceeded to receive a beefy melt with no sauce! Yesterday I ordered a Dorrito loco taco with sour cream and got a Dorrito loco taco with meat and cheese only. This has happened MULTIPLE TIMES (this month). Do yourself a favor and don’t go here, but if you do end up going here, take your order back to them so they can remake it. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME EVERY TIME.

I ordered the burrito supreme combo, the taco was good, but the supreme burrito didn’t have any beans that could be seen, a tad of beef in it, it was mostly sauce and tortilla. I went to the counter and showed them and they said that was only a certain amount that they could put in the burrito which I understood that but I didn’t even get that amount that was policy and procedure for them. And when I showed them and told them of this issue I received snide looks after I told them that I wouldn’t be back. I was polite during this conversation, and they did make me another burrito but I did not eat it. Since the looks that I got from them I didn’t trust the quality of the burrito. Also their drink machine was leaking profusely into the other drinks as you filled your cup, you couldn’t even get ice without having the orange liquid coming out all over the place it was a mess. They were told by other customers the drink machine was faulty and they knew it because that’s what they told me but didn’t seem to be concerned about getting it fixed or shutting it down until it was fixed.
