I asked for no red sauce on my Mexican pizza she said it doesn’t come with red sauce but clearly you can see it on the picture on the menu. I asked for nacho cheese on it was charged $0.90 for it but did not get the cheese. Seems to be a big issue everytime we go there. Either something is missing or incorrect. Also did not get a receipt.

Very bad experience, charged me a large drink but gave me a smalls. When I called to let them know, he hung up the phone on me. I have previously had a same issue with my orders. This the closest one and my kids love Taco Bell. If there customer service sucks like this I will end up going to McKinney.

I am not sure what’s going on with this place but the last two years have been just bad. Great service during the day but come 8 or 9pm every night there is no meat, no cheese, no staff, or all the sudden just taking cash only which was the case again last night. I’ve seen staff just hanging out in the parking lot or across the shopping center at wingstop. Last night circled the building a few times around 10pm and didn’t see a single person inside. Just wonder when this place will get it together. If you’re not gonna be open and service the community then change your hours

I really don’t understand this place. Pulled up again this evening. Doors were locked during business hours. Went to drive thru and was told hello we are closed. Young man working said there was no meat, well great make some. He stated it takes 30 minutes to get the meat ready. Having worked at Taco Bell in my younger years, I can tell you it doesn’t take that long. The manager or the owner of this place has to look at the sales and wonder why they don’t make any money after 8 or 9pm

Read the reviews so I know I’m definitely NOT wrong. ZERO stars. Unfriendliness and Unprofessional. Got my order wrong, not cold not hard, they gave it to me WRONG, the ticket even said it how I wanted. Came back to get it corrected and the pregnant lady laughed at my face. I didn’t request free food, I payed for it. YOU GUYS got it wrong and get upset at the customer? Will never return here. Oh I live far too to be dealing with this nonsense.

My son went to the new Taco bell in Melissa & said the young lady at the drive-thru that gave his order was simply all star customer service with fast, fresh & delicious fast food with a smile. He enjoys all the new fastfood hamburger, chicken & tacos places there now.

I’ve tried to give Taco Bell multiple chances, but every visit has been disappointing. The customer service consistently falls short and on multiple occasions, my order was mixed up or incorrect. Beyond that, the quality of the food left much to be desired – it lacked flavor and was often barely edible. I hope they can make improvements in the future.

I must give praise to the young lady at the drive-thru that gave me my order for her fast friendly service with a smile. Thank God for these new row of fast food restaurants in Melissa, TX Saves me trips to Mckinney or Sherman farther away from my location in Anna, TX USA

Took awhile to get the food after ordering from drive tru. We ordered Sweet Tea, the girl said rudely, “we don’t serve tea after 8pm” so we ordered lemonade. When we finally got to the window, she opens the window and says we don’t have lemonade. So we get soda instead. We get our food, with no sauce, after we asked for it. No napkins in the bag. We get home and find that my crunch wrap was, well a bit not wrapped. And not toasted like it usually is. The taco shells were broken and the chapulas had no tomatoes and hardly any meat, one had sour cream in it and one didnt! Kinda disappointing with a new place.
