Its pretty much guaranteed your going to get your order wrong during the night shift, every time you have Ennis teenagers working behind the counter with no supervision, its just a recipe for disaster. This has happened a couple times to me, not following food instructions, wrong orders, missing orders, getting denied a certain order because, I assume, they dont want to make it. If you want TB, order from doordash before you pick up, this way when your order is wrong, and it will be wrong, at least you can get your money back after you’ve left the store.

Almost every experience I’ve had at the Taco Bell in Ennis, Texas pales in comparison to other Taco Bells. While the service is always friendly, there is always something wrong with my order. Whether it be missing items or items not prepared correctly, there is always an issue. And I’m not talking about complicated customized orders! I’m talking about items as they come on the menu. This is a picture of the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco with Chipotle Sauce I ordered today. It’s missing the tomatoes and chipotle sauce and there is very very little cheese.
