I came to this Taco Bell and service was great. My food was freshly made and made correctly. My only problem I had was a black marking on my burrito when I wiped it with my finger it left a stain. Im not sure if it’s some type of grill cleaner or what but I didn’t want to eat my food any more, meaning grills wasn’t wiped down properly. My other burrito tasted off and funny. I’m unaware what it was. I drove all the back to work cause I was on break and didn’t have time to drive back and ask for a refund or to ask them to remake it.

I walked in. I stood by counter for 5 min. No one came to me. ANd, I found out the employee was hiding behind wall and doing phone chat. See attached picture. After I told my order, and received it. But, it was not good. See pictures. This guy slammed the items inside bag showing he is mad because he had to stop phone chatting. The other employees saw what this guy is doing, but afraid to talk to him to work. Maybe be he is strongest in there. Please fire him.

Used to be my favorite location, now I can almost always count on waiting at least 20 minutes for my food if I order inside or make a mobile order. Still love Taco Bell, but I don’t think I’m coming to this location anymore. I’d save time driving to a quicker one. Prepare to be disappointed

I ordered for togo. They did not give me a drink and sauces I ordered. So, I had to eat tacos with no sauces and drink. Thank you so much for ruined my meal. All foods are burned!! CAN’T EAT AT ALL! Shame on you guys.

This gotta be the worst Taco Bell ever. I didn’t even get my order taken in the drive thru line until 15 minutes after I pulled up at the dang speaker. I would’ve pulled off if the curb wasn’t blocking me from doing so. I don’t usually leave reviews but sheesh. Be better.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is ridiculous. I asked for no beans and all I got was beans on my Mexican pizza. The man at the front which may was the manager never said sorry just opened it and took it away. Then another lady gave me another one still no apology, no napkins or utensils. Customer service is everything so I definitely won’t be back!!

Ordered at 10:20 pm, nacho fries, bean burrito, and spicy double steak cheese burrito and got home realized they put in regular double cheese steak that was absolutely gross, bean burrito with half pound of cheese, and NO nacho fries. Why do they ask you to confirm my order on the screen if they can’t confirm it before handing me the order. Definitely will not go back to this place even if I have to drive to the next city over to order in the middle of the weekends.
