If I can give them a zero, I would I went here tonight before work. I ordered two tacos with a burrito. I think that was the number three my burrito was cold. It had a lot of onions tomatoes barely no meat. Big chunks of lettuce. My tacos was falling apart. I was going to turn around, but I was going to be late for work. I will not be going here again .

I go here pretty regularly but the last several times I’ve dinned in I walk up to give my order and there’s no one. But there’s plenty of people in the back who see I’m standing there. Eventually I give up and yell if someone can take my order and they seem put out. I realize it’s fast food (or should be) but customer service is lacking unless you’re in the drive thru.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive through for 1 crunchy taco. This is not an exaggeration. Then when i asked for a receipt they said there machine was broken. How convenient. Since thats where the info is to register a complaint. Not to mention employees names. Never going back to this Taco Bell.

They have messed my order up twice. The first they left the quesadilllas off, the second I order It was a meal with the Doritos tacos . They did not ask for a drink I really didn’t want one but they should’ve asked because it comes with the meal. On top of that they tried to convince me that I didn’t order any of the toppings they asked me if I want to supreme I said yes but either way it goes supreme is only sour cream and they didn’t include any lettuce. Also they did not include any of the sauces that may seem petty but in conclusion with all the other wrong orders they sent a 400 pound man up to the window He did correct the order but I didn’t feel confident in eating it because they seemed like they were goofing off in the kitchen and he was laughing they laughing so naturally I did not eat any of the food. Obviously the ticket doesn’t match the order it’s from the same night and they did a horrible job. Nothing was right And they did not mitigate the correct anything .

Worse drive tru service. Both the employees were very rude. Lady in the drive tru cant hear orders correctly and had a very bad actitud to be dealing with customers. Same with the guy that was with her. Seemed like a supervisor. Which a manager will see this review andtake action.
