Awful and horrible experience! I asked for two items to be grilled and checked that it was not. I handed back the two items to the drive thru employee. Another employee accused me of having already ate the food. I only unwrapped it. When given my “new” food it looked like the original order only grilled now. That is disgusting and unsanitary!

The cashier are very friendly & they get order ready at a decent time. For 4 stars be the my lack common to ck the ticket for those who order by machine. When people order from machine in front. They should see the need to check automatically to see what drink the customer may needs or if they substituted it with a freeze.

It’s not fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Was expecting a five minute run for Taco Bell as in a rush but ended up being much longer. Got a bean burrito and beefy 5 layer only. Would’ve left the line but there was no way to get out of it. It makes sense if someone ordered a big meal so it’d take longer, but have them pull over or something.

I gave three stars for the food. The reason for the low rating is first off, the place was nasty, tables unclean, sauce and trash on empty tables, backpacks on handicap table with no one there. My dad spilled a drink, I did my best to clean it up and I notified the staff at the counter about the spill, and he said thanks, I told him that someone should mop this up before anyone has a accident, he said he would take care of it. Even though a employee was sitting right beside us, watching a video on her phone, she did not even move an inch when she saw a 80year old man, having trouble and spilling his drink, she just sit there. The employee behind the counter came out in about 10 minutes, while on his way to eat his lunch I guess, he dropped off a sign that said wet floor, that is it! Nothing else. He even put it in the wrong place, I had to move it to the proper place. We left 15 minutes later and no one had even cleaned any tables or mop up the floor. I must say that customer care is not present there.

My food was given to another customer. He waited five minutes staring at his phone then yelled across the restaurant hey bro I think I got your food. Went to front counter with my food and asked for my drink. Staff member looked confused or bothered I asked such a request. Staff forgot an item with my order . I mention to staff as I’m getting the item they forgot that they gave my food to someone else. They couldn’t t have cared less. Trash food and trash customer service. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I won’t be back.

They say they open at 9, but somehow everytime I get there around 9:30 – 10:00 ish they say they’re not ready for business yet. One time I went to the drive thru and got no response until an employee told me no one had come in to work. Management needs to step up.
