Just got black bean crunch wrap supreme that doesn’t have black beans. Paid to have jalapeño and rice added, they charged me for it but didn’t add it. How is this even possible? So you just take money for something and you don’t even deliver that? I didn’t even get receipt for my order. I’ve never had this kind of experience at Taco Bell before.

The cashier (Carlos B.) was incredibly rude. completely ignored all attempts of interaction. we greated him nicely. he ignored us. We said thank you. He ignored us again. Our order was missing ingredients. No apology not a word he didn’t even quote the total he just held his hand out. Hands down the worst experience I can remember at any taco bell. The store was dirty and the food came out looking like it was thrown around (Pics included) not recommended at all.

I ordered a Doritos taco and and a beef crunchy burrito. I waited 10 minutes after I paid through the app before I went into the store. There were about 10 people in the store but 3 waiting by the counter. About 10 minutes later my order got called but it was the wrong order. It took the attendant about 10 minutes to get a manager involved. After I explained to the manager my order, it took another 10 minutes to get my food. I didn’t think the store was that busy. There were perhaps 6 or 7 workers, about 3 working. It’s a very slow store. I spent 40 minutes waiting for my food!

Been here consistently for multiple years, has definitely improved from it’s beginning, the food is very good in my opinion, and you have to realize it isn’t an authentic Mexican restaurant so you shouldn’t be expecting that. The service is fine, they don’t call your name inside or nothing but still decent, there is also a ordering machine if your not comfortable speaking. Atmosphere is peak, it’s in a very busy place and is still good for the area.

For starters I was in the drive through for 50 minutes until I got my food (the line wasn’t that long). Luckily I checked my bag because I was missing some of my food also my Baja blast was filled only half way. So I walk up to the lobby and it’s closed… I was not about to wait another 50 minutes in the drive though again so I waived the employees down where they told me to go to the drive through (from inside) so I said no and waved at him to come to the door and he did and I got what I was missing but didn’t bother apologizing for it. As I’m eating my grilled cheese burrito I find that there is a hair inside of where I just bit from. That was the last straw for me. Both of the burritos didn’t taste good at all, the beefy melt was dry as hell too. I am left in disgust, disappointment, and frustration. This is just unacceptable.

Horrible staff and manager was not helpful with providing gluten free or allergy free options. Guy at speaker sounded like he just picked up a shift and did not care to be helpful at all. Felt like pulling teeth to find something that worked for me to order. Ended up driving off as the guy sounded like a clown. Horrible service. Trash location. Do not recommend.
