A couple weeks ago we went to this Taco Bell and ordered some burritos and a Mexican pizza. When I got home, my Mexican pizza was completely smushed by all the burritos they put on top of it. I was already pushing time because I had something else to do, but I had to go all the way back up there to let them know. But what I can say is that they did make me a new one. Taco bell, please stop putting heavy stuff on the fragile stuff.

I ordered Mexican pizza without tomatoes. Also asked for hot sauce. Well none of that happened. Just make sure before pulling off that everything is correct because evidently they had their heads up their rears. Which so many negative reviews you’d think a manager or owner would get involved. Guess they really don’t care. Not going back!!!

The people who work here are rude and need to find another job. They didn’t give me all the food in my order nor a receipt and then when I called to ask about the rest I was told that I ordered the wrong thing when the whole time I was ordering the lady at the drive thru was interrupting me instead of listening to what I was trying to order like she had so much to do I was the only customer at the whole store. And then proceeded to argue with me over the phone about what I ordered and then hung up the phone. How many bad reviews does it take before y’all take action? Make them take customer service classes or something.

They need to get a handle on their customer service in the store. I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t even exist. I came to pick the order up and they just hand it to me. I say hello and nobody says were they just look at me like I am freaking crazy.

We’ve been hauling horses all night because it’s to hot during the day. Going in isn’t an option, only drive through at this hour. Our trailer couldn’t make it through the drive through so we walked through. They said they would not serve us because we were not in a vehicle. The most hostile place we’ve been while hauling horses. Getting treated like we’re criminals on foot because our trailer is to tall ♀️.

Every time i order here my order is wrong or short items tonight it was short items even after checking it. Update April 27th 2023 Who is the manager of this location i just ordered $20 worth of food and the crunchy shells are old and nasty and smell like the trash can. I live exactly one mile from this location therefore it tends to be my family’s go to whenever we just can’t figure out what to do for dinner. You really can’t beat Taco Bell as far as value and good food for cheap. They recently got the Mexican pizzas back and I’ve been munching down on those. Unlike a lot of the other Taco bells they always give me plenty of sauces and napkins. The one young man that’s always working the drive-thru is awesome as well. I don’t know his name but he is there quite often.

Went through the drive thru and get the welcome discussing what we were going to order the girl taking orders gets on there very loudly screaming anything I can help you find? Hatefulness in her voice then accused me of being rude. I work at a food establishment and wouldn’t treat people like that whether I’m a customer or if they were my customers. Customers ultimately pay your paycheck and if someone doesn’t want my business I’m not spending money there
