This is a KFC/Taco Bell and we ordered KFC. The tenders were overcooked. The BBQ sauce was Honey BBQ. Not the same thing and not good. Had to eat the tenders dry and given they were overcooked I couldn’t get thru half the meal. Very disappointing. The only positive aspects were the mashed potatoes and Dr Pepper.

ok firstly we paid $33 dollars for it allies getting 2 stars because the volcano burritos were actually good. but that was my fiances food he let me eat one since he ordered 3. the chicken queadilla was so disgusting like the cheese was bad and there was no quesadilla sauce in it to give it that spice. and then the steak quesadilla was actually worse. the steak tasted burnt and it was absolutely disgusting. I took a bite of the chicken one then had my fiance taste it. and had one bite from the steak one. just bad.

It’s crazy that you can show up 10-15 minutes before closing and WHILE people are still at the window and they just won’t take your order until it’s actually closing time, Taco Bell hold your employees accountable cause the sallisaw store is a bunch of lazy individuals. I showed up at 12:45 AM they are open until 1AM in sallisaw and did not take my until until 12:55 and all I got was “sorry we’re closed”.

Worst experience yet at this kfc/Taco Bell. My husband ordered a famous bowl & I chose the crispy chicken sandwich. We got our food & drove home only to discover there was no chicken in the famous bowl & my sandwich was inedible due to the chicken patty was dried up & obviously not fresh. I tried calling the store back & only got an automated message stating my call couldn’t be answered & there wasn’t a way to leave a voicemail! So I then drove back to the restaurant & spoke to a young lady who when I told her the problem she said they’d refund my money for both items. Waited a few minutes & she came back & told me they were only refunding the cost of the bowl back to me because the kid working the drive thru window claimed I asked for “light mayonnaise” on my sandwich & that that was why it was so dry.
