Where shall I begin? We waited in line for over 20 minutes for food that was cold. The Doritos taco was stale, the chalupa was hard, the nacho cheese sauce was half full, and the burrito and chalupa had sour cream even though we specifically asked for no sour cream. The soft tacos barely had meat in them. Also the drinks were flat and had a weird taste. I know it’s late and usually busy but the food should at least be fresh, warm, and most importantly correct. With all that being said we have gone multiple times during the day and had no issues. Their only saving grace (2 stars) was the person at window was very friendly but other than that their night shift sucks.

I didn’t get to finish my order got half my order and rushed through the line after telling them teice I wasn’t done I didn’t even get what i wanted bc they weren’t listening to me night shift is awful ♀️ . THIS IS MY “beefy 5-layer” ??

I have no problem waiting in line for late night food but this was horrendous. Each item had barely any meat or toppings on them, 6 tacos and 3 chalupas that were all shell. I waited almost 30 minutes in line and paid close to $40 for less than slop. Management should be ashamed, would not recommend this location

They didnt even attempt to cut my quesadillas and I didnt have anything I literally drove to the store and bought a $3 pizza cutter to cut my food.

This was the worst Taco Bell experience I have had. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food place, but the one in Seminole is nasty and I don’t know how their doors are still open. Me and my husband went inside yesterday, ordered our food and waited. While we were waiting we noticed none of the tables were wiped down, nothing was stocked up front, they were out of almost everything, sauces, lids, napkins. About 15 minutes in someone came and took everybody else’s payment and just looked at me and my husband. We waited for about another 15 minutes waiting to get our food and pay, and we watch about 5 different people who ordered after us pay and get their orders. We just walked out, we had a long day at work, was hungry, waited at least 30 minutes and never got our food. We will not be going back.

Was super slow but they made it right by giving me coupons for free tacos and an extra drink. It’s Taco Bell so I wouldn’t set the bar too high, unless you are, then it’s amazing. I always get a chalupa or the Doritos locos tacos and they are *chefs kiss* amazing. 8/10, will be going back, probably not this specific one because I was just here visiting family, but definitely to a Taco Bell.
