When your drive through lies to your customers it’s what will make you loose them. 8/8/2023 815 pm your drive through EMPLOYEE said and I quote ” haven’t had Enchiritos in 4years”!!! When in fact my husband had them two weeks ago from this SAME ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! So keep up that customer service. Lying gets you far.

Store was kind of open and kind of not around 9 pm on a Wednesday. The lights were off everywhere but the main lobby and there were employees taking smoke breaks and talking to each other. Google Maps and Taco Bell corporate state the store should still be open, and yet it looks like it’s closed, with no sign saying they are closing early. I was able to go in to use the bathroom and then waited around for someone to take my order. Employees seemed to ignore my presence.

When you live 5 miles out of town and you tell them plainly NO SOUR CREAM, and they repeat NO SOUR CREAM just to get all the way home and it’s covered in SOUR CREAM!!!!!!!
