When to get my kids food to eat for dinner…went to 2 different locations and the customer service was horrible at both. 1st said I had to order from the kiosk but what we wanted wasn’t on the kiosk to order but was on the menu board. 2nd one told me that they could not take my order after the cashier had started. I was told I would have a long wait time if I did order. There were 2 cars in the parking lot. Both environments were horrible. It was a reminder why I don’t go to take to Taco bell. These locations have lost my business permanently
