Employees often sound miserable over the drive-thru speaker. Went yesterday (7/6/23) and ordered, the young man taking my order sounded completely disinterested in his job. The young lady that accepted payment was great, smiling and cheerful. That was all taken away by realizing they had missed a couple items in the order. Win some ya lose some. I’ll still go back.

Ordered on the app. Requested steak on a burrito and paid extra for it. They did not do it. They smiled but didn’t greet just said pull around and park to wait for food. Rest was great. Had plenty of sauce and napkins.

Went to this taco bell next to the Casey’s tonight. Tell me why the cashier tellsme the boxes are 5 dollars, i order 3. He tells me over 30 bucks. Excuse me. Then i wanted special order simple meat cheese and store cream only if it comes on it, so its just minus stuff. Second box same but keep the lettuce. 3rd simple how it comes no beans. They pull us over to the front as we wait and wait. Then he brings the drinks which were marked wrong, then tells me like 1dollar less. They tell me the boxes are 10 each i say ok the cravings box same way 3 boxes then we get home and my son’s food was wrong and all our tacos didn’t have a bottom it was ripped off cause it was stuck to the paper like they microwaved it in the wrapper. We were so hungry too ended upsetting him and me.

Ordered a chicken power bowl in drive thru with EXTRA chicken. Not only did I not get the extra chicken, I got ZERO chicken. Paid extra for a chicken bowl bowl and got a vegan bowl instead. Was 30 miles away before I realized what happened. Called Taco Bell and clerks were too busy laughing it up on the other end over some unrelated topic to give 2 cents of any concern.

I ordered and my cost was 35.09, I gave the cashier 40.10 and he tried to give me 3 and some change. It’s disheartening that people can’t count change back, but worse was I ordered without sour cream, and he said I never said that. Luckily, the regular guy was there. We go for lunch a few times a month and this place is never crowded. Always quick service inside or at the drive thru. I did go one time for breakfast at 7AM and they didn’t seem like they were open. The menu was sold out of the latest promotion of some kinda Melt meal but we found alternatives. They do have a 2 self service kiosks to speed up orders.
