Stopped to Taco Bell for lunch and thought I would get my usual order of a quesarito. Turns out they no longer have this on their menu? Bummer but no big deal- I ordered a nachos bell grande instead. Got home and opened up the nachos and there was a hair in it. $6 for nachos, that I ordered as a second place option, just to not eat them because there’s a hair in it.

I am done with the night shift. Every time we go here something is wrong. Either the hard shells are soft and falling apart or supremes are regular, nachos are stale its just not ok. People spend their hard earned money for good fast food, its the workers that make the chains brand diminish. I wish we had another one close by.

Taco Bell is always one of those foods that we all love but naturally it comes with a certain degree of nuance. Yes I had good food, actually I quite liked it. The service was just so-so, but I don’t think you can expect 5-star service from a fast food restaurant. I actually enjoyed the 90’s music playlist they’ve got going on.

I got the classic cravers combo. My favorite for a good, simple , inexpensive meal. Burrito, taco, cinnamon twist, and a drink. But I do have to say out of the meals I have had about 50% of the tacos are crushed or poorly made. Example, this time they made a attempt to make a taco. There was a shell, and “some” stuff inside it. I think there may have been meat in. Not sure.

The young girl with short blue hair and piercings was so very rude and unprofessional and needs to be taught how do use the microphone correctly. So they messed up my order, then we went in to fix it and had to send it back again. The meat was extremely greasy. Not going back here for a very long time. The picture I posted should tell you about how good the service is.

If I could, this place wouldn’t get a star. Cashier Salilya was very rude to the point the food wasn’t worth it. I asked for a Crunchwrap meal, Mexican pizza, mt dew Baja blast, and a Spirit. Also mild sauce. The lady was yelling at me through the intercom and said the food I was asking didn’t exist. I’m reading off the menu. I get up to the window and she’s yelling at another person through the intercom. The other drive through cashier told me my total and it was low for what I asked for. I asked him to list off the order. The first cashier didn’t even put two of the orders on and didn’t make the Crunchwrap a meal. I reorder the whole thing and got my stuff. Get back to my workplace and notice the Crunchwrap isn’t a meal still, the “spirit” was carbonated water, and no sauce at all. Horrible. I hope they see this and figure out what to make things right, especially with a worker like Salilya.
