Ordered tacos combo with no lettuce. All three tacos had lettuce. Ordered 4 beefy five layers no sour cream. All 4 had sour cream and there was so much that it made burritos taste disgusting it was like a big bite of sour cream wrapped in a tortilla. They mess up order almost every time it is ridiculous that they expect pay raises when they can’t even make simple orders correctly.

The food tastes good, but CHECK YOUR BAG before you leave because they never get the order correct. It’s so frustrating to get home and only have a partial order and not enough food to go around to all the hungry mouths.

Went to Taco Bell today, waited 30 minutes for our order (2 $5 boxes and a burrito) and the store wasn’t that busy. They asked three times what the name of the order was and waited to make ours until they had finished several orders that came after ours.

Ok. Here’s a on going issue with taco bell that my husband or myself have been having. This picture was of a beefy melt burrito that was supposed to have avocado ranch on it. This makes itthe last 4 times that we have ordered and something was either missing or wasn’t even added on our meal. My husband used to work for a taco bell and is fuming because it’s not correct. Every time we call up there to let them know we always get kick back and rude response when informing people that our order was wrong or is missing items.

Unbelievable how this place even operates with its no care employees, my wife and I came to eat tonight and they forgot the Fiesta veggie burrito, so my wife went up to ask for it, the manager Dustin was talking to her and said they would get it for her, after several minutes past I went up to see what was taking so long, and the employee that talked to me said they made it and put it on the tray with the others, I said no you didn’t, he chose to argue and said yes we did. So i said get your manager NOW, as he walked away, so when Dustin got back up there i told him the employee called me a liar, and I told him to send him home, which he refused.

Too often, my Cool Ranch SUPREME tacos are made non-supreme. Happened again today. They made new ones that appeared ok untill i realized that there was no sour cream. It cant be that hard. I’m attaching a pic of my wife’s sad nacho bell grande.
