My wife placed a mobile order for breakfast in which I ordered for extra sausage on my breakfast quesadilla, and this is not extra sausage or egg. On top of this, one of my burritos in the order has guacamole in it when I didn’t order for guacamole to be in it nor tomatos. This was one of the worst experiences with Taco Bell I’ve had so far. I am not ordering and eating from here again.

I just went through the drive through at the Taco Bell on 23rd street in Midwest city. Give the young woman and the person preparing food on the line a raise! We were a couple cars back to back ordering food and these people had our food ready at the window soon as we pulled up. You guys are fast! Good job y’all

They’ve got to be making these prices up, I ordered 5 chicken chalupas and 5 nacho bell grande, but the meal on any of these and they charged me over $70!!! This can’t be real when there’s a $5 chalupa box… This has got to be some scam they’re running at this location. Horrible customer service and the food was cold. The worst experience at any Taco Bell… They need to investigate this place. Something isn’t right here.

I literally just left . Because it was one of the only things open and booyyyy it sucked. We got Cold fries, not lukewarm fries, but “refrigerater cold” fries. And waited in the window , but some lady just sat there and ignored us. Eventually after honking the horn she walked away and another worker gave us fresh fries.And I still tipped the second worker for making it right . Upon coming to my house( two blocks away) . I noticed my chips were stale, my nachos sucked. Btw they were outta beans and I don’t eat tomatoes so I paid the grande price for a regular nacho

Don’t order anything made with chicken. I Got major food poisoning. Lasted well over 36 hrs and was only drinking water yet green water was coming out. This place obviously isn’t following food and safety rules. Don’t be surprised if a heath inspector comes soon. I’m so glad I just got my 9month old a beef and bean burrito and didn’t feed her anything of what I had… and I know it’s the chicken cause nun of the other 3 people I ordered for got sick.

This establishment, in my opinion, used to be pretty good, but now quality is down grading all around. Wasn’t even given the chance to put my change up, which by the way wasn’t given back accurately, before the worker questioned me why I’m still at the drive-thru window, and then I was informed to pull up. I think not giving me the correct change back is the way to pocket the money since this isn’t the first time it happened. I addressed it to the person the first time but seeing how rude the person was the second time, I’ll just not go here anymore.
