We ordered at 10:30 PM tonight, not only was the cashier rude but we had no meat in any of our tacos. Like, we thought it was a joke and opened and dug through the entire thing. Nothing. This is so frustrating!!! Every single time you go during the night shift your stuff is guaranteed to be messed up and they don’t apologize, they don’t fix it , just charging out the butt to have the wrong items that’s not even close to what was ordered and is on the menu. Go back twice to try to get what you originally wanted after you already paid and they messed that one up too! It’s been every single time I’ve gone here for the past 4 months since I live near this location. Ridiculous bro …. really terrible night shift. So frustrating

Went to pick up my order and it was stolen, the staff member, Marc raised his voice at me when explaining this. He did NOT have to YELL at me. I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes for someone to come to me only for me to be yelled at. Ridiculous

This is the worst taco bell. If you want your order incorrect 100 percent of the time, this is the place for you. Orders are always missing items and made incorrectly. Ordered a taco with no lettuce, got one with lettuce. Didn’t receive the burrito nor the nacho cheese that came with my meal. The burrito my fiance got had a stale crackling tortilla. The drinks taste like soda water and the lids leak everywhere.

Insanely Wicked
This was my favorite Taco Bell for a while. After how bad they did my last order I won’t be going back though. I got two of the $5 online boxes and they shorted everything so bad there was hardly anything to eat. I swapped meat for black beans and got a single line of maybe 10 beans at most. Very little ingredients on everything from both boxes. I have no doubt it was done intentionally so I’ll intentionally find somewhere else to eat.
