Aight so I have stuff to say…. I used to work at taco bell and know exactly how this atmosphere works. I used to come here several years ago with great pleasure. But over the past year or so, they hired some sassy lady with long finger nails in the drive thru. She’s extremely rude, has no customer respect, and quite frankly, I have no idea how she keeps her damn job. I have complained about 3 times now. The last time was the last straw for me. I’m done and never coming back until this old sack of bones is gone from their corporation. I had someone else come to the window and basically tried to agree while keeping me quiet to try not to “offend this poor little girl”. Dude, get your priorities straight. This person is not helping your company what so ever….

This location is horrid. Every time we have went for the past 2 years it’s a bad experience. We will swear them off, then 6 months later there will be an item we really want to try and will go back. Don’t be like us. Go to Taco Casa, or if you really need Taco Bell, at least try the Bethany location.

Pretty much every single item was made incorrectly leaving out nacho cheese that I also ordered two sides of and did not receive. I ordered a quesoritto with extra nacho cheese and the nacho cheese only covered 1/4th of the burrito, no actual cheese. Got tomatoes on all of the items i ordered when I ordered without them. I ordered ahead and when I got there was told you didn’t have any large cups so I paid for a large and got a medium. Overall extremely dissatisfied.

A lot laughing and giggling when paying and receiving your food. Uncomfortable for sure -once I got my food, looked at it and it had a odd look I decided to throw it away and go somewhere else – almost appeared as it had been tampered with – I’ll start going to McDonald’s next-door instead. Disappointing for sure. I usually enjoy Taco Bell‘s food.

They tried to charge me 2 dollars upcharge to change the chicken in the chipotle chicken griller to shredded chicken. Then, I go home to find my other order (cheesy potato burrito) have no meat it in. They only put a dollop of sour cream, potatoes and cheese. Two stars Bc my cinna twist and cheesy Gordita crunch were correct.
