Place is filthy. No soap or hand towels in restroom told the cashier Mica and she just rolled her eyes like oh well, food all over the floor in kitchen area, drink station a mess, not stocked, tables all dirty. A complete failure as a franchise.

This is the worst ran place in tri-city!! They never get an order right or give you what you ask for. They close at 11pm but are out of biscuits at 8??? They made me pull forward and then they give you nothing you ask for. Ordered 12 honey bbq wings and this is how they came and they were cold!
