Just picked up three Cravings Boxes. Every item we received, aside from the cinnamon twists, is…WET! Is it grease? Water? Meat juice? I don’t know and I don’t care. It’s disgusting! Management told me they were unable to issue a refund because I placed the order using the app. Instead, they told me to bring the order back and they would remake it. Yeah, I want to waste more time and fuel so I can have you make me wet tacos. No thanks! Avoid this place at all cost.

The taco I had barely had any beef product on it. The other food in our order was okay, this location isn’t the best Taco Bell in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, it’s an okay location. The customer service during this visit was barley adequate.

Yesterday evening I went inside this taco bell to pick up a doordash. I had waited there for some time. No one talked to me so when one of the employees made eye contact with me, I kindly stated that I was just waiting on a doordash, then from the other side the manager, a middle aged woman with brown hair screamed, you’re going to have to give me 10 mins!!! When I started to walk away she screamed thank u!!!! in a mean tone…. so I left. I was already late picking up the order and it shouldve been done already. I get maybe they were a little bit busy and maybe short handed, but that is not the way to treat anyone. They didn’t even greet me or anything. I walked out the door and said, “you don’t have to be so rude!” Sorry, but if that is the wayu treat customers and employees then that is probably the reason u can’t keep help.

This Taco Bell makes good food. It is neat and has plenty of filling. I would give them 5 stars based solely on this. I would give them zero stars if I could because of some other things. On 2 different Sundays at 6 pm, it is dark outside but their outside sign is not on. When I came to the restaurant, they were open and serving people in the drive thru, but the lobby doors were locked. One other Sunday, I got there before 6 PM and the lobby was unlocked, but someone locked the doors while in was inside.

Last 4 times I’ve went here there no meat on anything I ask for extra sauce because I got 8 tacos and 2 crunch wraps and I get 3.

Tried to call in an order and asked for a discontinued item they told me that they didn’t have it and hung up on me while I was trying to order something different i called back and they said that they can’t take orders on the phone which is a lie because I have done it before and they never took my order over the phone and never offered a different item I’ll never eat here again poor customer service

Even if there’s a line wrapped around the building- get in it because it’ll be faster than of you go inside and wait 20mins for your order while 10+ drive thru orders are handed out

I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough never have anything available that myself and family order always out of items now you can’t get a beef burrito have to order bean minus the beans add meat sorry excuse for a fast food restaurant
