This taco bell outlet is very near to many of the shopping places in Edmond, which makes it easier for having cheap food. They have a huge advantage of serving many vegetarian food compared to the other restaurant chains around this area. But, what’s disappointing is, they often add meat to your vegetarian food. Beware of this, and always check your food if you are carrying out and don’t be disappointed after reaching home.

Very busy, not an issue. The food was great, and I customized my order, and it was correct even though they were busy. The atmosphere was nice, but it was compact. I felt like I was sitting right next to the person beside me.

I did have a small issue with a couple of food items not being in my bag when I left the store, but I called and talked to Anthony. He and Jakaree took very good care of me for the inconvenience upon my return back to the store. They were very apologetic and accommodating. All humans make mistakes, but how they took care of me was unquestioned and immediate, and that is what defines us all as good employees! Admitting the mistake and taking care of it however necessary. Thank you for the great customer service gentlemen.

I like their food, but how it’s presented isn’t great. I’ve never had the pizza before and I got one today and everything on top was in the corner of the box like they had it turned on its side. I was also .2 miles away and it wasn’t warm. The tacos were great though.

Rude people and messing up orders. What’s hard about adding Chipotle to tacos? Super skimpy tacos barely had meat in them. Scammed me out of money. Might as well have made tacos at home. Will be lucky if I use this location again.
