An employee of this taco bell purposely tried to hide meat in my burrito because I am vegan. I’ve been going to this taco bell since I moved here about a year ago and the food has slowly went downhill but I continued to get food here because it’s one of very few places I can get something to eat in a nearby city. I ordered three bean and rice burritos which don’t even come with meat, two were normal but I bit into one which had meat so I opened it up and it was wrapped inside of the rice and beans in a little strip which we took it back in and had them replace it but it was quite obvious someone did this on purpose. I contacted corporate and never got a response. I am vegan for spiritual reasons and this was highly offensive and if I could prove it was done on purpose taco bell would be talking to my lawyer. I will never trust this taco bell again and they lost a good customer.

The girl at drive thru was polite and even tho I could see it must have been a rough dinner rush… kept a smile. And I was wary to get the grilled cheese steak burrito bc another TB almost ruined them for me… it was the best I have gotten and restored my obsession with them

Taco Bell is a quick fast food, it’s always been a favorite of many for me, but them prices have been a downer for sure, it’s just not the price, it’s the prices in such a short time, also why is it when you finally find the yummy stuff it is either to much, or to much for that amount, well it’s high as can be for good yummy stuff & really high for 2 when you can get 12 for a certain amount. It’s just wrong, don’t limit us of our cinnamon bon bons, give us 6 for 2.99 or 12 for 5.00 ,

I always come to this Taco Bell bc I live close and man the crew they have working this morning (07/29/23 @ AM hours) are the BEST. The one who I first spoke with is the girl who I usually deal with everytime I come in and she’s always advertising Taco Bell menu items, being super professional and considerate and ensures the order is correct on the screen EVERYTIME. She never misses a beat and I always know when I hear it’s her, I’m about to have the best food ever prepared by you guys! The people working the kitchen at that location are some DAWGS, they must have the krabby patty formula and a whole lot of heart because they absolutely only serve quality prepared to perfection. Never bashful with any of the ingredients and they roll burritos like snoop dogg came and gave notes!!! Seriously the best Taco Bell location in the Van Buren/Fort Smith areas I’ve tried. Ordered the volcano combo and a Gordita crunch box at 0330. They were out of the Watermelon freeze, sweet tea, and MILD SAUCE!!!! We get home to eat and the burritos are not labled as to which one is the volcano versus the burrito that came with cravings box. If the cravings box order has been put into a box as advertised, this wouldn’t have been an issue. The volcano burrito looked nothing like on the menu and the cheesy Gordita crunch that paid $0.99 extra for chicken was cold and the cheese not melted. It’s not cheesy if it’s not hot, grilled, and melted. About a week prior to this visit, it was another night time visit, I had ordered a Cravings box with cinnamon twists and I get home and it is nacho chips. No cheese dip, no cinnamon twists, just chips that were dumped out in the bottom of my bag. This has been my favorite Taco Bell but is going downhill fast. Will probably start driving to the one on Grand Ave.

I ordered a build your own box. It did not come the way i asked for it. I asked for no tomatoes and instead got tomatoes but no lettuce. I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch with the nacho loco taco in it. It did not come with the nacho taco, plus the outer shell was not cooked. My son ordered the steak chalupa supreme and it had about five pieces of steak in it. Same thing with the other steak chalupa supreme we ordered. The cinnabons were overcooked. This is sad because they were my favorite taco bell. But this has happened on numerous occasions. I will not be going back.

I’m giving 5 starts simply based on the awesome worker that took care of me and my son when we stopped in yesterday. He wasn’t feeling the best, and Krystal went out of her way to make him smile.
