Friendly lady in the drive thru the other day asked how my day was and I returned the question. She said she was barred out so she was doing great. Kind of blew my mind that she told me that but hey, she remembered my fire sauce which has become a huge problem at other locations lately, causing me to have to go inside anyway. Anyways, party on.

Asked for a no cheese on my taco, the receipt verified no cheese. Yet cheese was placed on everything and lettuce was removed. The staff also has no personality at all and the facial expressions just showed how much they hated their jobs. None of the food tasted like it usually does (I order the same thing every visit, just different Taco Bell). Will not return to this Taco Bell again.

I’ve been going here for the past few months every single day for lunch to see Dale at the window and rest of the team. Ive been in a QSR for 4 years as a General manager so I understand the service industry. This whole team always delivers me the best service and food. It’s always so clean and organized. I mean look how I opened my box! Flat out amazing. I wish people would give a smile and let you guys know how amazing you are. I know I do and I really appreciate the owner and the store manager plus all of the shift leads and cooks. I really appreciate the quality. You’ve got me for life at this location.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Mexican pizza & 2 tacos . I live 5 minutes away from TACO BELL and my food was cold and soggy and I called the store and asked for the manager. He told me that it was my fault for not eating it right away . My tacos were so soggy the bottom fell out and my pizza was stone cold. I live 5 minutes away. I never experienced such horrible food and a food service worker who claimed to be a manager to be so rude!! I will never eat there again! This was at 12:26 on 01/11/2023. I know if food is prepared fresh it would still be good in 5 minutes. People don’t have manners or integrity these days!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

I’m not one to generally complain about food places, but this place has gone down in quality over the last 6 months, the late shift staff has a terrible attitude and literally just stares at you when you pay without saying a single word as if you’re just a bother to them, I recommend going to the one on elm street infront of whataburger
