The service that I received was great, however the food was disappointing. I don’t ever complain, I just think it’s crazy that I paid $10 for a power bowl and some cinnamon sticks tonight and half of my power bowl is missing as well as my cinnamon sticks with no cinnamon on them. I will also post a picture of what my Mexican pizza looked like yesterday.

If you want the nostalgic Taco Bell experience then this is the place for you. It’s like you’re back in the 90s with maybe getting all your food, but probably not. You better check and make sure everything is there. Last 2 times we’ve ordered, something has been left off. This last time it was 2 items. They are very friendly when you go inside to tell them and they make it quickly so that’s a plus. They also give out cheese sauce like it’s gold. I could see the bottom of the container before I ever dipped a chip. I’ll just drive that extra mile to the Lowell Taco Bell from now on.

Came in to eat and kill time. One bathroom had no soap and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The other bathroom had no toilet paper and pee all over the seat. Every single table in the lobby was dirty, and not just a piece of cheese, like sticky! Floor needed swept and mopped. Our food was fine but cleaning is also part of the job…wonder how clean the kitchen is??

Ordered food one evening…was only person at the speaker/window. Waited almost 30 minutes for food to be inaccurate, incomplete and not quite honestly sure what some of the items they made were….almost positive they weren’t on the menu. Called to express my concerns but too busy to answer. Lobby is already closed at 9pm. Drive-thru is wrapped up past the speaker. So I drive home unsatisfied and feeling like I’ve wasted my time.

Athena was a B—– didn’t the my order and got in my face like she wanted to fight. We waited the order board for over 9 min and no one responded. So in cas it was broken we pulled forward and she lost her mind and told us to get the fu– out of there we should have waited. She made my daughter cry she was so razy acting. Can’t make this stuff up. Let’s say it’s a rough for Athena.

I want to be able to see the entire menu displayed! I can order with a machine, but I want to see all that is available without scrolling through each section on the menu. Service is a 3 because I want to interact with people if I have questions. We are not from AR, but i will not personally go back to this Taco Bell. The food was good, and it was ready in a timely manner.

Went twice and both times the tacos were extremely soggy and cold on the bottom like they just took them out of a fridge or freezer and microwaved them. The soft tacos were extremely greasy and wet and ordered 2 supreme and they only put meat and lettuce in them and nothing else, not what we ordered at all. The quesadilla was very greasy. Looking at others reviews I can tell this place is awful. Not only that they always seem to mess up everyone’s order. Terrible place with terrible service. I will not be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would . Do not go here!

Didn’t get order correct. Then they want charge for extra onions,cheese,not even 1 tsp . They charge .60 cents up to .85.cents .terrible. guy acted like it was no big deal that my order was wrong…..

Just went to this Taco Bell and got a box of 12 tacos and we got very little of anything in the tacos and 3 or 4 shreds of cheese. Just rediculous for $23.00. Now I know why they are never very busy.

A big problem when someone asks for no sourcream and they get the food with huge globs of sourcream. People ask for thiis either because they do not like sourcream or they are allergic. A good way to get a lawsuit
