I don’t understand how you guys can screw up fries, Nacho fries are awesome I love them but everytime I order them from this location they are old… it’s not hard to cook fries guys can you please start caring an cook your food to order. 3 minutes at the counter trying to pay. No one offered help, no one greeted me or even appeared to care that I was there. Abandoned my transaction and walked out. Congratulations owner, nice to see you have such a well staffed and trained crew.

Lobby was closed at 5pm. Food was cold. No napkins, didn’t offer any sauce, horrible customer service, slammed the drive thru window in my face twice. Horrible experience. Completely understaffed.

What in the actual is this?! I couldn’t see the menu. You have to select each individual thing to see what is being offered. No customer service because there’s no service. The lady had to come around the counter and help anyway, so what’s this helping?

1130 on a Monday. Doors are locked. If you can’t staff a location close it. Nobody wants to ear your food in the vehicle. C19 is over, be better.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to… drive thru line was backed up so I went inside. Paid quickly on the automated kiosks (all automated) and proceeded to wait 30+ minutes for my order along with 12 others… a few others walked out as the wait for 1 person was over 40 minutes… unreal.

Don’t go here!!!! 10 minutes to check in, in the express lane. Then I had to park and wait for my food. Which took another 15 minutes. I only get a 30 minute lunch, so I got my food and wasn’t able to eat it.
