Not usually one for complaining to this extent but I had to share after the multiple problems I’ve had with this location recently. Where I live I have very few options where I can get doordash. Taco Bell being one of them, and I’ve been obsessed with the volcano taco meal! I’ve had two different occasions where items were not delivered to me. Once the taco and another time the burrito. Today I went through the drive thru because I wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. The two men in front of me in the line were handed a sack that they went through right before handing it back through the window. It was the wrong order. They were handed back 2 boxes. I knew immediately they had been handed my bag. I pulled up to the window where I was given my rummaged through bag and a drink that was the wrong size and the wrong drink. When I made that know to the employee he argued with me about how that drink came with the meal. I told him I understood that but I just paid him for a large drink and I didn’t want the medium that came with the meal. He gave me a thumbs up, barley listened to me say it was a large and when I got home I had a burrito that was falling apart and so greasy it was disgusting. I’ll eat from the MLK location from now on!

How do you rate this place. We all know it. No matter the time or bank account balance, this place has you covered. You eat till you’re full for 5 dollars while you sober up. Then, you purge everything from your system an hour later, feeling happy, Taco Bell was there to save you at 2am amid poor decision

I ordered a craving box the crunch taco was broken to bits. I asked for a diet dr pepper and was give a regular. This is just dangerous for a diabetic. It took my blood sugar way too high- 350 to be exact! I am very unhappy!!!

Got that Sausage Breakfast CRUNCH WRAP yo, had me excited to be awake, always the place to grab munchies and this location is always on point with the perfect amount of each ingredient to make it perfect, and that’s saying something when it comes to fast food. No sloppy thrown together mess here, you can tell the employees know how to make that food perfect for their customers! CONSUME MORE TACOS!

Dining room smelled. Women’s bathroom floor was dirty under sink and around the pot. Then when our food came the topping of meat, cheese and beans were scarce. Won’t go to Taco Bell again. Will go to the one on Martin Luther King in Fayetteville, much cleaner and better food. We had a #5 Bellgarde

I waited 5 to 10 minutes at the counter for to go order when I asked. The manager for help she said don’t you see that we’re trying to work here. Obviously not because i’m still waiting here for my food. Just plain rude and disrespectful. You need a new manager. Shes awful. She refused to give her name too.

It has that bored at the office kind of vibe. Past taking your order when they get a second there is zero interaction with customers and staff. They were polite and nice . The lobby was clean and quiet and in order . Food was what we ordered even substitutions but there was so much shell and so little topping/fillings. On both my taco and my chalupa and my burrito looked more like the $1 roll ups . Taste was fresh though .
