Highly disappointed! I wanted a frozen drink and they were OUT? I wanted to get a mexican pizza and they were OUT?!? I WANTED TO GET SOME OF THE CINNABONS AND GUESS WHAT they were out of them as well. I’m at a loss for the reason why I couldn’t get any of 3 different menu items. I am sure that the owners are smart enough to make 100 percent sure that they hired managers that would order things well ahead of any chance of running out. So I don’t know if it was a fluke or if it was something else maybe my voice was offensive to the lady who denied me either way I will not go to that location again!

Remodeled and looks amazing. Staff is mostly pretty nice except on occasions but it happens. Orders come out pretty fast. The new self serve kiosks are pretty nice and easy to use but they weren’t using the regular registers when I went and I’m not sure if that’s going to be a regular thing.

Taco Bell on Rodney Parham, closes before time. Supposed to close at 3:00a.m. instead I was through there at exactly 2:20 am and they said they were closed. I wonder does cooperate know they are doing that. Never will I waste my time going to that one.

First time in this store. It was very clean compared to other Taco Bells I have visited. The staff was very friendly and courteous and prepared my order just as I wanted it.

Arrived at 7:59am (it’s advertised they open at 8). I was fully anticipating on sitting at the drive thru order menu for one minute till they opened so my order could be taken. Immediately an employee stated “we aren’t open, we open in a minute”. I said ok and continued to wait a minute. At 8:00 that same employee said “we aren’t open ma’am. We open in like 5-10 minutes” in a very angry tone, I could tell she was frustrated I was willing to sit and wait initially, but I ended up leaving because attitude and rudeness doesn’t deserve my business. Maybe they should advertise they open at 8:10 instead, probably just lazy employees that weren’t prepared for their job with zero personal skills.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Goofy and illiterate. I placed an online order and they told me they didn’t have it but they accepted my order for doordash to say “your order is being made” like what? Then wanna be smart in the back of the call like I’m not paying they rent or some. People sure are ignorant istg. If you didn’t wanna make my food SAY THAT! GO TO THE BOWMAN LOCATION!
