Hands down the worst experience I have ever had in Taco Bell. I ordered in the app and every thing was wrong. My chalupa appeared to have been soaked in the taco meat grease. I ordered a chicken quesarito and received a beef on with two small pieces of grilled chicken in one end. I didn’t receive my drink and my nachos were dumped out in the bottom of the bag. I am in the hospital having had back surgery today and was excited to get some decent food. Ultimately all I did was waste $17 ☹️ and on top of that, the lady working the drive thru was rude to my husband.

I have not really had a bad experience here yet to date until today. Unfortunately, todays services was awful. I always do my order through the mobile app and go through the drive thru. Today I ordered the same thing I always order through the app. chicken power bowl. I remove a few things but not everything. I removed the tomato’s, shredded cheese, and I add jalapeno Sause. But that should still leave the chicken, rice, guacamole, black beans, sour cream.

Did not get my delivery order right at all. Nobody has reached out after multiple complaints to help me resolve the issue and I’m very disappointed because usually this location is fine about this stuff but it’s upsetting to have this happen now more than once. I hope that they can improve the quality before/if I go back!

Lady in drive thru had an attitude with me because I told them the watermelon berry lemonade frosty was gross! It was, my kids didn’t like it either. They basically just squirt lemon flavor in the cup and watermelon frosty on top. They did allow me to get a different flavor but only after saying they don’t do it.

It’s always a gamble going to this Taco Bell. You’ll typically run into “sorry our system is down.” Last night’s curveball was “we are out” after ordering the number nine Mexican pizza combo. As I hesitantly inquired further they informed me that they were out of ground beef and offered steak as an alternative. So I went with three steak soft tacos and a large Pepsi. And my total was $21.72. I sat in the parking lot, loaded up each taco with a few packets of fire sauce and tried to savor each $7 .

Worst taco bell EVER. Rude people. Manager hung up on me. Didn’t give us receipt and didn’t give us all of our food. Wanted us to bring all the food back to make sure they didn’t forget even after we ate it and touched what we had. This is the worst customer service especially during the covid 19 pandemic. Food wasn’t fresh. I will never return to this location! Waste of money and time.

Literally the worst taco bell ever every night at 12 o clock they lie about the wait time on meat they’ll say 45 minutes when you come back they’ll tell you the same thing so they won’t have to serve customers they should close this location ASAP cz they’re not making any money

Everything was pretty tasty but sad to say I’ve had better at other Taco Bell’s. The service was pretty good and they made sure we had everything. Everyone seemed a little bummed which I expect because life is hard! I would go again but they could step it up a notch on the meat cooking and food quality. Not that it was bad by any means. It was not bad at all. I’ve just had a little better so I want to be honest. 4/5
