I ordered 2 bean burritos add sour cream and tomatoes, paid for them, but they were made regular. The rest of the food was good though. The dining room was dirty, management needs to have more people on.

Well, they tried I suppose. Not many people working during the lunch hour so it was a little slow for service. I think the workers were over it and looked defeated. Dr Pepper and Baja Blast were not in proper working order, they were out of small cup lids, but they weren’t rude.

Service was good, the burritos were rolled right that is always a bonus. Yes I would recommend this Taco Bell for a quick bite. For the atmosphere it appeared to be calm inside while waiting for order at drive through.

I ordered online. Ordered everything meat and cheese only. No clue how they could mess that up (less work for them). Made it home and realized it was wrong. Went back and went through the drive thru. They took my phone 3 different times to look at my order. The guy that made it told me to make sure I checked my food before I left. Isn’t it their job to make sure it’s correct? Made it home again. And surprise. Still wrong.

Went to this location ordered what is listed in the pictured receipt. Got lettuce on the potatoe tacos both, and didn’t receive the power bowl. Walked into the lobby to this fixed and stood there for 12 minutes before I was asked if I needed help. Told them about the messed up tacos and the missing power bowl and got to over here the lady with orange/ red braids argue with the girl from the driver through window (Jessica)that she made that already(several times). Waited for them to make 3 more orders before fixing what I needed to complete my order. I refuse to go back to this location.

This Taco Bell is the worst one in Conway the last 2 times I went the food was horrible I will never spend my money at this place! Service was ok but their food was I got a chalupa tonight and the shell was hard as a brick you spend almost 5 dollars on something you want it to be at least edible I just ate the stuff inside of it because that shell was horrible. I will say the fries were alright but that was the last time Dave Ward will get any more of my money the first time I got bad food I was taking as a one off but nah because it happened again but NEVER AGAIN spent 13$ on garbage…. I will definitely drive elsewhere before I go back there!! And we frequent Taco Bell….

Gave the wrong order after clear instructions. Didn’t apologize when we brought it back from clear across town. All of the workers had a huge attitude problem as of we had done something wrong. The correct order had no sauce and nothing was marked as requested. It was a big order after graduation but not that complicated. When we went back to get it they instructed us to come to the door and there was an employee at the locked door vaping while yelling through the door we are closed. We had to shout back that we were picking up our correct order. I realize it is hard to get good help now but really?

This is a new style of Taco Bell where it’s obvious that they want you to do all of the work. I didn’t even get to place an order. They want you to order on an iPad. I waited 10 minutes and finally someone came to the register but said she said she wasn’t logged i. to the register and that we needed to use the tablets. We just left and went to prince street. I’m pretty sure this is just for door dash to deliver to UCA.

They make you wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. I’m not sure if they are trying to fake their times or make people leave but this is horrible .
