Last year this taco bell was awesome. Tonight was lousy service. Savanah did not resolve this issue. Tacos were barely filled. If you going to give us half the food then we shouldn’t be charged it. Very unprofessional and downright rude.

Edit: After a month of refusing to service this location, I relented and took an order. In fact, I’ve taken 3 orders this week, and I am happy to say that it’s night and day- people say hi almost immediately, and the food has been ready. If this continues I will edit to 5 stars.

Was asked to “pull forward” and my food would be right out, in a few minutes. After wait 10 minutes, I had to go inside to inquire about the obvious delay. My food had, indeed, been cooked and bagged in a few minutes and continued to sit on the counter the whole time. Although there were 7-8 employees standing the front counter/drive thru/office area none of them noticed the bag or the car still in the driveway. If you love Taco Bell, pick a different one!

I literally have ZERO idea why I keep coming back here! This is FOR SURE my last time! They NEVER have what you order. They are out of chicken, they are out of beef, they are out of chicken pot pies.. I’m lucky they have Tortillas!! Customer service SUCKS! One of the managers is always rude! She doesn’t want to be here working, and it shows! If you want a taco, your best bet is make it at home!

This Taco Bell is also a KFC. We stopped in for a quick dinner. They told us they had no chicken breasts. At KFC? So we had to change to another option. I gave them three stars more because they do not have probably the most popular chicken item at this chicken restaurant. We ate, but it was not what we wanted or came for. But KFC almost always tastes pretty good. Really, no chicken breasts at 5:08PM ?

This is honestly the worst taco bell ever. They mess your order up, don’t give you what you order and then when your mad and complain they defend their employees. I asked over 10 times for the district managers number but was hung up on. Had to come to the store where I asked over and over again for the manager and a refund. This manager never once tried to see the other side and only agreed with her staff. This is a horrible location, a month ago I got the kfc side of things and my chicken was noy at temperature and the manager said ” [oh man my bad i must be tripin” real professional right? And today hung up on cause all I wanted was a distract managers number but your manager wants to give excuses. I don’t want your excuse. I want my stuff right

Unorganized workers bad speaker. Filled orders for cars behind us first had us pull over and wait a long time.wjen we got our order ice was melted in drinks food was cold. The food was great but the service was very slow. There were only 2 cars in front of me in the drive-thru and I waited for 20 minutes just to get to the window. Then they pulled me forward from the window and I waited another 10 minutes for my food.

“ok so meat taco” chinchilla rolled beef for 5$ the diameter of your finger. Reported harassment of customer, they dial twice and both dials are actually illegal and evidence of continued harassment considering the specific slander in question the next visit from other employees.
