I ordered multiple volcano tacos. Upon arriving home I noticed none were volcano tacos. I drove back and knocked on the door. They pointed at the line which I got back in. Arriving to the window I informed the lady at the window that what I ordered was incorrect. She looked back and a man came to the window. He said “yeh we out of volcano tacos”. I said why wasn’t that told to me at the window and requested a refund for the little $25 I spent. He immediately said “your hostility won’t be allowed”. When I turned my dash cam to him he slammed the window shut with the tacos and they walked away. I have camera footage. Taco Bell please contact me. This is not what I expected from your services.

The food was what you would expect from any normal Taco Bell. The service was awesome it had a cool astetic. But the chairs where uncomfortable and they had no booth seats. So overall my experience there was ok. I’d recommend this to anyone in that area.

Do not go here to grab food and go these people are SO SLOW!!! Same vehicles in line for 30 minutes. And not moving anytime soon if there wasn’t a car behind us we would leave and not come back this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to it’s fast food for a reason people 11 on a Saturday night and you have very rude employees customer service goes a long way and your employees need better training

0 stars. Whoever and everybody who was working between 10:00pm and 1130pm on June 10, 2023 needs to be fired. I had a mobile order. I pull up and there are 3 cars in front of me. Each car waits about 30 minutes at the speaker box and drives off. If I could have backed out of line I would have but there were cars behind me. I get up to the speaker after waiting an hour and wait 5 minutes. No one says anything. I say hello I have a mobile order and wait 5 more minutes. No one says anything. Obviously they decided to just not say anything to anyone until they drove off. The owner of this store needs to clean this mess up or they will be shutting the doors permanently.

oh my God i’m so pissed. i went at 12:30am (they don’t close until 1) yes i know it’s late and everyone wants to get off but that’s no excuse in this case. i waited at the machine for 5 minutes, nobody said absolutely anything so i drove to the window. while at the window nobody came up and so i rechecked what time they close like 5 times. eventually i started to drive away slowly to see if i would see anyone. THE EMPLOYEE PEEKS FROM BEHIND THE WALL AND IMMEDIATELY HID BACK BEHIND IT. she was acting like they were closed. i’m so mad i might just be a karen and tell her manager tomorrow.

Pulled up to order close to closing, was told they have nothing to serve us and they were about to close anyway, and actually laughed at us a little bit. If u don’t have anything to serve why were the lights on and the window open. No way Im going back here
