Customer service needs to be replaced/ retrained. I came at lunchtime on 7/13/23. I went through the drive through. I nicely asked for napkins. Because they forgot to put them in. The lady acted as if I inconvenienced her by asking. She never looked at my face when she handed my order. Never said said have a nice day. Nothing. Just to see the difference.

Food is usually on point.. Can be sloppy sometime when food is made. More lettuce than meat.. most cases you get more lettuce and cheese than u do meat on tacos.. Burritos are um um good

We visited this location after a field trip with high school students. The staff was arguing with one another and they were extremely rude and unprofessional with the students. Several orders were wrong, the cashier was throwing food to customers and even told one that their name was GHETTO!! Corporate will be getting a nice email and call about this location!!

I guess they no longer serve the bean and cheese burrito that I read off their menu board. Said it 3 times each time the girl said we don’t see that anymore lol. What’s a Taco Bell with no bean and cheese burrito they have had since day one. Well I bumped it up to a deluxe burrito. Thank the Mexican gods they still make that one.
