Came through this Taco Bell on a 8hr drive just trying to get home. Lady on speaker was super rude yelled at me through the speaker when I was ordering saying she was out of something. Absolutely no manners , very disrespectful! Would 100000% not recommend EVER stopping here

This makes the 3rd time that I had to wait for my online order. The app will tell me it’s ready. I’ll drive to the store walk in and they don’t know where my order is they can’t even find my name. Finally after what seems like forever they find my order but I have to wait even longer for my order to be made then I get home and I’m missing something. Today it was the chips I just get cheese. I know what they are doing they are closing my order out before they make it therefore its not showing up at the kitchen and they have to look for it at the front computer. It’s ridiculous if they can’t keep up with mobile and delivery orders they need to opt out of the service for that location. I love taco bell and I love the convince or supposed to be convent of online ordering but it’s been nothing but a headache. Please do your customers a favor and opt out if you can’t keep up with the demand

I hate that there is never anyone checking ppl out . You always have to use the self check out options. If there are questions you wait forever to find someone for help. Walmart is the place I hate to go to the most. Never any customer service anymore. Do better Walmart.

The drive up was REALLY LONG. So I said to myself SELF WE’RE GOING IN. I went in and the nice lady ask me if was paying with a card. Yes mam I replied. I’d never done that before. I was standing there looking at that new machine to order my food. I must looked like a mule looking a NEW GATE. A KIND HEARTED CUSTOMER CAME OVER TO ME “WITHOUT ME ASKING FOR HELP AND WALKED ME THROUGH MY PURCHASE. And my order was ALMOST ready by the time I ordered it. A marked improvement. I told the them ALL YOU DESERVE A GOLD MEDAL

What’s the point of ordering ahead for pick up when they just wait for you to get there before they make it ..smh might as well have just sat in line in the drive thru app is pointless if they don’t let you utilize it the way it was meant to be used.

You are going to have better luck getting your order by throwing some darts at the taco bell menu and rolling a dice to see how many of these randomly selcected items you get. Maybe I’m stupid for giving this place 4 tries after they utterly brutalized my order each time previously. Or maybe it’s because every fast food place closes at like 7:30pm sharp in this god forsaken town except for taco bell
